I had a wonderful and pleasant experience at this location. Not only were the staff all patiently kind & understanding with me as a 1st time walk-in, but the doctor was super chill & so gentle with his caring for my infected blood blister. I walked in nervous about the price it’s gonna cost since I have no insurance & the pain it’s gonna cause. Instead, I walked out with saving money that I would have spent at another medical center & having virtually no pain at all in my finger through the whole experience. Thank you Reagon Medical Center for a great experience.

Dr. Archna Poddar is a great physican. She is very kind understanding Dr. She as well as her physican assistant Linda Collins are a great team and have shown great patience with me.

I was upset to find out that Dr. Poddar was speaking with other patients about my medical treatments and state. I asked him if what we discussed was private and he ensured me that it was. When I called to say something about it, I was spoken to rudely and was told it would be my word against his and then his nurse hung up on me. I would recommend that if you respect your privacy to not see him or any of his facilities which are call Reagan Medical.

This practice Reagan Medical Center (presumably owned by Dr. Poddar and her husband also Dr. Poddar (he is listed as registered agent on State of Georgia Corporations website)) discharged my husband and I from the practice without either of them speaking to and/or treating us. We believe this was done with undo cause. According to the State Medical Board of Georgia we were to be given a 30 day advanced notice, and a list of at least three alternative Physicians. Neither of these mandates were followed. My husband was allowed to arrive for a scheduled visit, have his copayment collected, put in the triage room, and had THE NURSE present him with a very unprofessional letter of termination that was not even prepared on company letterhead, nor did it contain an original signature, only a fax copy.

Saw them for a year and the last month things started going downhill. The rude nurse went behind my back on my charts saying that I "wasn't cooperating" because I refused to have an mri done in their hillbilly trailer. They don't pick up their phones so GOOD LUCK IF YOU NEED REFILLS! Also erroneously billed me, saying that I wasn't taking my medication?! meanwhile racking up my money, which I will not pay. They are lucky they still have any customers, you have to wait a minimum of an hour even if you have an appointment, and they don't' care...
