difficult to get appointment situated. We was told we would get a call to explain the prep and shopping list for procedure...never happened. We arrived 1 hr early for a scheduled procedure that happened 2 hours later. My husband had to fast 24hrs prior. So he didnt eat for almost 2 days. They require the driver to sit in the car and wait. You cant leave. If you are the driver pack breakfast and lunch.

These folks ask you to pay up front even if you have medical insurance. The insurance company paid them and I had to tell them they owe me $500. No statement from them. It took them months to acknowledge they owe me a refund and I still don’t have it 4 months later. This is poor business in my opinion.

After fasting for 2 days they had to confirm insurance. Rather than be prepared prior to my arrival. 25 people Cramed in a waiting room . No hand sanitizer in site . We had an appointment and still had to wait three hours for a scheduled colonoscopy. No communication from anyone. This is a terrible experience for my mom. She hasn’t had anything to eat in two days and a diabetic. This is not a well run office. Do not come here.

A relative needed a colonoscopy and I was going to drop her off and pick her back up after the procedure. We were informed by their staff that I could not drop her off. I would have to stay there throughout her entire procedure in my car, with my child. We were instructed that we would also not be allowed outside of our vehicle in the parking lot. My relative protested and explained her concerns of us having to be trapped in our car for 4 hrs at minimum. The staff said this is the policy at all of their locations because of covid. These are their policies. THE IGNORANCE HAS TOPPED THE MOUNTAIN AND IS FLOWING DOWN THE OTHER SIDE.

Really terrible policy making family members wait on site instead of just saying "stay in the area and keep your phone on". If you enjoy sitting in your car for two and a half hours, make sure to bring your loved ones here.

The front staff and the techs were nice but the Dr was very extremely dismissive. She asked me my ailments I told her my upper abdomen burns when i breathe in and my chest burns. This has been happening for 2 months. She my symptoms are too all over the place ( umm lady I thought she was a gastroenterologist I thought she specialized in stomach issues?) And that I need to lose weight, relax, and excercise. Never asked me about my history, didnt do blood work, didnt have not one once if concern. Just dismissive! Walked away and said she woild schedule an ultrasound a month away!!!! I was scheduled to go here my GP so trusted my GP to send me somewhere that cared about their patients but I was wrong. I will be changing doctors. I really didnt want to write this review but with a 2.4 stars something is wrong with this place. I guess if you arr not an old white lady they could care less. If you are a POC do not go here. I FEEL SO BAD FOR HER STAFF! I CAN IMAGINE HOW THEY ARE TREATED HERE AND I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 15 MINUTES!

Bad experience!!! They do not follow up as promised. I am in severe pain and no empathy or urgency in diagnosing my issue. They did not call me to set up my testing or blood work and they did not call me with results. Each time I had to call them and hunt down my results.

Wont EVER CHOOSE THIS PLACE AGAIN EVER.

Completely disappointed and ashamed of this practice. My husband loved Dr. Brandenburg but since his retirement my husband has not seen the same doctor twice. My husband has an extensive medical history from heart surgery to bowel resection, but when he called to get an appointment because he's been unable to eat for 3 days we are told Dr. Coes first available is March 4th. How is he suppose to not eat until March 4th. What do people with possible bowel obstructions do when they can't get an appointment with their doctor for 5 weeks because"Dr Coe does not like to be double booked". Well my husband doesn't like stomach discomfort either and would like it taken care of before March 4th. Honestly does no one scheduling understand what a SICK appointment is for. We will be looking for a different gastroenterologist and if you want great care I would advise you to do the same. You will not find good care from this group.
