Dr. Brian Morgan's PA did my 1st of 3 knee injection today and was awesome! I have to admit I was terrified because I had no idea what was happening. He explained everything thoroughly and the injection itself didn't hurt at all just the initial pressure made me anxious. My knee feels a little better already and looking forward to even better results with each injection. BTW the office staff was friendly and very professional. Great place!I am a grade 3 of 4 and trying to avoid knee replacement for as long as possible.So far so good.

All of the information was available through online registration. The wait was very short. Dr. Morgan was very personable and efficient.

Upon, entering the reception area and the greeter, instantly acknowledge everyone. The waiting area was spacious and clean. Upon reaching the observation room, Lauren was engaging, clean concerns. Service was not boring, My Xray Tech did her thing and My advisor was straight forward and honest. Over all, My experience at Piedmont ORTHOPEDICS, Well Done. I felt at home.

Dr. Morgan and the staff at Piedmont Ortho were warm and courteous and addressed my concerns appropriately. I felt seen and confident in their treatment plan. It was easy to get an appointment and the John’s Creek location is perfect (clean, modern, easy to find, lots of free parking).

As always, an outstanding experience with Dr. Morgan and his staff. I had my knee replaced a few years ago. Back to work in 3 weeks…. No longer in any pain. He’s a gifted healer.

Dr. Morgan did a hip surgery for me a year ago - it went well and healed nicely. He is efficient. I have been having some issues in opposite hip so decided to go back to him. He was kind, listened and was as patient as a doctor can be :)))I care about my health so I ask a lot of questions (all patients should but sometimes med offices make patients feel so rushed) so sometimes doctors seem frustrated but Dr. Morgan answered all my questions and showed respect.Check in/out efficient and everyone is nice. The nurse and PA staff also friendly and efficient. I am giving 4 starts only because of the wait time. I waited an hour for a scheduled exam. I have another dr office that will send texts to the patient on the day of the apt to say if dr is running late and how long. Has to be at least a 20 min delay to get a text. I think this is a nice service and maybe someone can look into acquiring a similar technology. Especially at an Ortho office, some patients may be uncomfortable sitting and waiting over an hour. If they are aware of the delay they can walk around, maybe grab a coffee etc.
