List of Brittainy LEGAI Dark's Reviews
Dr. Brittainy made me feel safe and comfortable. Her bedside manner was reassuring like a personal friend or family member. Grateful for her years of proffesionalism and expertise.
it’s taken me almost four months to write this review…. Dr. Dark was on call when I went into the hospital . She provided the worst hospital bed manner. She made me feel awful from the moment she entered the room. I didn’t even notice she had left the room as she didn’t speak to me. The only thing that came out of her mouth were “you have to control yourself” “ we offered you pain medicine” “ you are going to tear”. No coaching, no empathy, no congratulations. I literally gave birth to my own baby as when my body was telling me to push she was just starring at me sanitizing her hands. My baby landed on the bed sheets there was no doctor there to help me deliver because she was just standing and looking at me. No sense of urgency…. She was more concerned about me tearing and having to work on me afterwards. Dr. Dark you made me feel awful in that delivery room at such a delicate, important time of my life…. Dr. Reddy was my doctor but unfortunately she was not on call to deliver my baby and she was great throughout my appointments. Worst labor experience of my life.
I went in to labor on a Sunday, having contractions all day that were consistent and getting closer together. Once they got to 5mins apart lasting for an hour, we went in to the hospital, where Dr. Dark was the on call doctor. They observed me for 2 hrs and I dilated to 4.5cm. She decided I wasn’t in labor and sent me home, and told me to come back when my water breaks! After 2 excruciating hours of laboring at home I started bleeding heavy. We called and they told us to come back. I was in so much pain they had to wheel me to a room. When I stood a whole bunch of blood clots came out of me. Despite bleeding heavy the entire time I was in laboring (6hrs), she never once showed up to my room to check it out. The nurses seemed concerned, and just kept telling me they told her about it. At 7a, I knew I had to push soon. She told me to wait until 8 for my doctor to come in because she had a scheduled c-section at 7:30. I held it until 7:30 and told the nurses I HAD to push. She finally showed up to my room at 7:40a, for the first time, and said to me, “Do you remember how to push” then started counting. My Daughter came in 3 pushes. Oh, a and my water broke about 20 minutes before the baby came. I ended up loosing a ton of blood and when my Doctor came in at 8, she saw my cervix was torn, which probably happened when I was being checked while I was being observed. Who knows if she would have just come to check on me if I would have lost so much blood. I needed 3 bags of blood to get back to somewhat normal. So unprofessional and I truly feel she put my life in danger.
This is hands down the most unprofessional doctor's visit I have ever had! I spoke to one of Dr. Dark's medical assistant's to book the appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by another assistant who began to interview me about my medical condition it front of the people waiting in the lobby. She also advised that they are going to have to redo an exam that I had performed by a specialist only weeks before my appointment. When it was time to see Dr. Dark, I had to wait in the observation room for about 30 minutes, listening to surrounding patients discuss their medical condition because the walls were so thin. Then, I was inform by the medical assistant who scheduled me that there was a conflict with Dr. Dark's schedule and that she will have to ask Dr. Dark if she can adjust her schedule in order to see me. I had to wait in the assistant's office for another 30 minutes while they figure it out. Dr. Dark finally met with me. She never touched me, we only discussed my condition. Months later, her office billed my insurance company for over $1,000 PLUS I owe an additional $333. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Never had any issue with her shes very patient with you very funny makes me feel very comfortable and as a first time mom she has made this whole 9month pregbancy awsomeee if i have another itll be my FAVORITE DOCTOR DARK ??
Dr. Dark is an exceptional doctor that still cares. The Hamilton Mill office is great. The Lawrenceville office needs work in the area of customer service, but Dr. Dark is consistently awesome at both locations. She is patient and thorough and willing to educate her patients.
Best personality. Excellent at educating patients in layman's terms without talking down to them. Involved everyone in the birthing process making them feel an integral part of the team. Awesome!
I came to the practice in hopes to find a great doctor to deliver my first born baby. I found this doctor. At first I really liked her, but when it came to the delivery, she did not do her job well. I didnt get to follow up with her for a while.I am so disappointed and sad on how I've been treated and was treated by the whole staff. I had a rough delivery. The doctor just left me with so many questions.I was in so much pain and was so unsure of what happened. I feel the practice is dishonest, and held stuff back from me. I would never recommend this doctor or practice to anyone.
Kind, compassionate, & knowledgable. Wonderful bedside manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
