I had an exceptional experience with Jonelle at the front desk of Cardiovascular Clinic of North Georgia. She truly went above and beyond to help my dad and our family during his visit. From the moment we arrived, she was kind, patient, professional, and incredibly helpful. Navigating healthcare can sometimes be overwhelming, but Jonelle took the time to answer our questions, guide us through the process, and make sure everything was handled smoothly. Her compassion and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier for us. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about patients and their families the way Jonelle does. She is a tremendous asset to the clinic, and we are very grateful for her outstanding customer service. Thank you, Jonelle!

Horrendous wait times for a simple scheduled follow up. Scheduled and still had to wait an hour for a simple follow up.

I came in today after finishing my appointment and went to the front desk to schedule my next appointment for every other year, as discussed with the doctor. While speaking with the receptionist, I felt that the other staff member, whose name is Nighttime, and who was sitting next to her, interacted with me in an unprofessional and insensitive manner. She repeatedly stated that the system showed I needed to schedule appointments every year. I asked them to please check with the doctor, but she kept saying it was not going to change. I found her behavior to be very rude. After they later confirmed and updated my appointment every other year. I had a very positive experience with the doctor, PA, and medical assistant, but the interaction at the front desk affected my overall experience as a patient. Patience and professionalism are very important when assisting patients.

Today I brought my dad to see Dr. Patel’s nurse practitioner, Tooba Anwar, and we had a great experience. She took her time with my dad, listened carefully, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. We never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated her patience and care. I was very satisfied with this appointment.

Wait timer for a heart monitor an having to schedule almost a month out for chest ultrasound. Couldn’t even give me a clear for medication I’ve been on for the past four years. Can’t wait for these panic attack attacks!
