Everything that is wrong with doctor's offices. Walked in 10 minutes early to a packed waiting room and waited for over an hour. They book multiple appointments at the same time with no regard to how often patients have to wait. Absolutely terrible practice.

Wonderful doctors here Support personnel not so much . Incompetent , wife asked them to bring me back to doctor office from waiting room and they said they would but did not. I finally disobeyed and went back to find out why they hadn't come to get me . They acted dumb and did not want to disturb the doctor. I used a few choice words about their incompetence and total laziness. Again. Doctors are great some of the offive personnel suck.

I've been a patient here for years. Yes, they are extremely busy. There is a reason for this. They are the best...... If you don't want to wait you can always go see the cardiologist at Q.T. I'm sure they will get you in sooner.

What happened to this place? Very disappointing. This used to be the best place by far in Gwinnett. The doctors are great, but the office must be very under staffed. It is almost impossible to speak to an actual person to make an appointment. You can leave a message, but likely will not be called back.If so, it will be much later. They tell you to call 911 if it's an emergency. Sometimes situations are important and need fast attention, but not always "911 emergency". Come, you guys used to do much better. It's a shame as the doctors are really very good, but it's just difficult to get through office headaches.

Staff are professional and respectful to all patients. Self pay is decent, not overpriced. No referral needed. They do all types of testing here. There are a few bilingual doctors and nurses. The building looks nice but outdated. They seem to be taking COVID protocol seriously - you can wait in the waiting area or in your car. Masks required. We went in late 2020 and early 2021.

Dr. is wonderful. they are very organized, always pleasant, tale time to explain things. Just love them.

Dr Lovelock is the absolute best always there for you,Gives his personal email I have never needed him when he didn’t respond personally and I have had to have a lot of attention in the last 3 years I don’t think I would be here without Him he is one Amazing Doctor!!!!!

I went to the CardioVascular Group in Lawrenceville because my Endocrinologist said I need to see a cardiologist immediately.  I was charged a $250.00 deposit since I am self pay before ever seeing the doctor.  I had an appointment with Dr. Pride however, when I was taken back in the room his resident in training came in the room and asked me questions.  He then went to tell Dr. Pride the answers to my questions.  Next Dr. Pride came and was very arrogant and rude.  I told him I was not there because I wanted to be but because my Endocrinologist said I needed to see a cardiologist immediately.   He was able to diagnose me with Vasovagal and he did not even use his stethoscope one time.  He must have went to an outstanding medical school to diagnose me without using his stethoscope once or examining me.  He then proceeded to tell me that he could run a stress test on me if I would like him to run the test.  In the sentence before he said it wasn't my heart but vasovagal, so why would I pay for a stress test?  I will never return to this practice and I would not even take my dog there.
