inappropriate diagnosis

We made appointment a month out.Drive 2 hours and park at 6300 physician building. Can’t find find the office so I call . They say they are across the street to hospital. So we take elevator down go to car, drive across street,find parking, walk in and take elevator. Appointment was at 1120 and it’s now 1135. There is no one in the lobby waiting. The recept says doctor may refuse to see me as I am late-the physician did in fact refuse to see me. Schedule of 15 mins more important than patient.

Excellent! I was diagnosed with kidney stones and later developed small possibly malignant tumors in my left kidney. Dr Rondla has been very thorough and takes a lot of time with her patients. Her ability to see the "big picture" and recommend the most conservative possible treatments VS radical surgeries is refreshing. Right now it is a work in progress for me. First Class all the way!!
