Over the last few months Critical Care MedFlight has transported my mom twice. The team of coordinators pilots and medics were excellent.When she decided to discontinue treatment and return to Florida to enter Hospice care the team even worked to arrange a detour to go by my moms house one last time. Because we werent sure how shed handle the flight we kept the detour a secret until we pulled into the driveway. Everyone was in on the secret and she was truly surprised. They granted my mom two of her dying wishes that day. 1 To return to Florida and 2 to say goodbye to her home of nearly 50 years.There is no way I could ever thank them enough for everything they did for my mom.

On Monday Feb. 20 2017 we received a phone call from Jackson Memorial Hospital where my wife Cheryl was on a liver transplant list telling us to get down ASAP they have a donor. We were met and picked up and flown down from ClearwaterSt. Pete airport. John Kira took special care of Cheryl. Once we landed they stayed with us on the ground ambulance and all the way to her room. Excellent service The whole crew was great and the process was easy and comforting. On a scale of 110 we give a 20. Thank you John Cheryl Franks BTW the surgery was a success and 2 weeks post transplant she is doing great.

Amazing team of professionals especially Joel Rogers EMT and Darlene Smith RN who transported my husband to Shepherds in Atlanta. Thank you for your professionalism and caring support during this very trying time. We arrived safely and with your constant reassurance that we were going to a place of hope. Thank you again.
