Georgia Gynecologic Oncology - Gwinnett's Online Review Report Card

Came in for an appointment a few days ago and I have never met anyone so rude and offensive in my life. Julie-the front desk nurse was down right demeaning and distasteful. Then I called back to get information and I never heard any medical staff that conversed so impolitely and impertinent. She needs serious counseling and a hug.

Everyone here is rude. Go anywhere else!!

My Doctor was so sweet of I could give him a 5 star I would he is wonderful!!! But his nurse and the staff there are TERRIBLE. So i called them left a message didn’t get a called back so I called the next day to let them know I was in the hospital that night and did I have Cis and they are big and I’m in so much pain I need to come in. Prior to that I had just had surgery last month so again the nurse said they will call me back to see if I need to come in and get check.. key word to SEE!!! So here I am 4 day and still no call back so I got real aggravated and call again today!!! Bc my pain is getting worse And I’m getting the samething every time I call we will call and back and never do!! So I made me appointment with someone else to get the attention that I need.. so angry with them they are just there for a paycheck!!! Don’t care about people so unprofessional

My aunt went there at 10 a.m and didn't leave out until about 3.30 p.m. There's a office manager there that was unpleasant, rude, and unprofessional. The place was like a club. I feel that there's no point of putting in a appointment because they're not on time unless you're a new patient. The doctor was good and professional along with the medical assistants but if you ever come in make sure you eat, bring lunch, a snack, something to entertain yourself and maybe a pillow.

I am very happy and grateful that Dr Salmieri did my surgery, he is kind and a great Doctor indeed,treats you like family! Also his nurses.A+

The dr is awesome but I’m giving this office one star because of the way the office is ran. They have canceled 2 appointments with my grandmother. We have been sitting here now for over an hour waiting on them to see her for this appointment and still waiting. No one has been called back the entire time we’ve been here. The last time we came here it was the same way. If you don’t show up for your appointment they will charge you. I should send them a bill for my time they’ve wasted.

This office is TERRIBLE. They have rescheduled MULTIPLE appointments for my mother and I called 3 days ahead of time to let them know she couldn't make it to her appointment (due to being in the hospital) and they called on the day of the appointment and said I never called them and she was counted as a no-show. They never return messages either. It is truly sad how poorly this office is ran. I hope Dr. Salmieri realizes it and makes changes ASAP.

Officially had it with this place. Been waiting 2 hours and was just told that I'm not even in line to be seen since they couldn't find my chart. Which is weird because I've been coming to this office for 5 years and the appointment was made months ago - because that's how long it takes to get an appt. 20 people waiting. It's never been less than a 2 hour wait.

Dr. Salmieri is a good doctor. However, his office staff is rude and unprofessional. His nurse practitioner was also very rude. My post-op appointment was a nightmare. I waited more than two hours, only to be told that Dr. Salmieri was running late. I was offered the option of seeing his nurse practitioner or reschedule. I saw his nurse practitioner and when Dr. Salmieri returned to the office, he popped in and told me he had a minute or two to answer any questions!! I was thoroughly disappointed.
