List of Glenn Parris's Reviews
Dr. Parris is fabulous, but his PA is not. Do not go to her. Dr. Parris was the dr I first saw, and I love him, but he moved to another one of his locations in Roswell, and I was stuck with his PA. I have an awful time getting meds on time, and the service goes down considerably if you complain. I cannot move to the other doctor due to a policy that I must leave for 3 yrs and then return to the new doctor. I was given this PA and did not ask for her. Be careful.
Dr. Black and Dr. Parris are my favorites in the practice. They make sure to address your concerns, and they seriously take time with you!
This office purchased the practice of Dr Smitherman of Roswell. We were assured the transition would be smooth and our records would be transferred. I have not been able to get a call back for a medication refill. I left two messages with the answering service and on their internal voice mail. I’m at a loss. How can we keep our immune disease in check when there is no one to help you. This could be very dangerous for patients. This happened the week of Dec 20 and Dec 13. I am amazed at the disorganization and lack of respect for the patients of the purchased practices. I would not recommend this practice. If the office is poorly managed, what does that say about the dr?
Dr. Parris is amazing. He always takes plenty of time to explain and check in with me. He's even acted like an internist to explain things overall when we have been trying to get to the bottom of overlapping problems. He used to have a sign in his waiting room, back when he had recliners in the waiting room, that said to forgive the wait because he was taking his time. Front office staff can be less organized.
Wonderful Dr. Very thorough and explains everything so you understand. Very knowledgable of Lupus. Has been a God send to me
This is absolutely the most unprofessional medical practice that I have ever gone to. You can’t get in touch with anyone, no one returns calls no matter how important they are. I have been waiting several days to get clarification on a prescription that the pharmacist is not sure of.
Tried to make appointment and was informed after they had all my personal information that to be see, I have to be vaccinated or have a negative test 1 week prior to being seen. Cancelled my appointment and will not be scheduling one again. This is ridiculous.
Very kind. Explains my condition very well. Very good at diagnoses. Some of staff do not follow through on prescription refills and communicating lab results.
I would never return to Parris Rheumatology. I had my only visit due to a swollen knee. I saw a NP. She drained the fluid off my knee and gave me a steroid injection. They did an xray and ultrasound of my knee and lab work. They never did tell me what had caused the swelling. I signed up for their portal and they would never post my labs nor respond to my portal questions. Eventually, I called their office and asked to pick up copy of my labs. When I did, I saw that I had urinary problem which they had not reported to me. The worse thing was that I found out 3 weeks later when I went to another doctor that the cause of the swollen knee was a tibia fracture and I was stunned. I had walked on this fractured leg for almost a month after the xray and ultrasound, making the fracture much worse. Then, they billed my insurance $819.00.
I called the office on Monday, September 14th to schedule a follow-up appointment. Well as of today no one has called me back. I guess some things never change with their office staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
