Dr. Werbel did several biopies on me in 1990's, so when I developed a tumor on my back he was my first choice. As always, he was pleasant, informative, and someone I highly respect. Everything was dealt with quickly and had I no problems at all. I am thankful he is still doing surgery because I would not want to go to anyone else.

He performed mastectomy on my wife due to cancer. He is very friendly, respectful and did an amazing job. Follow up visits were equally great. Excellent bedside manor. Highly recommend.

I can't Express the admiration and respect I have for Dr Werbel. He is wonderful,caring and factual. He's honest. I had a five hr surgery and was in pain for one day. One day. To me that means he was precise and skillfully brilliant. Although recovery is hard, I'm greatly pleased with the out come of my surgery. If you ever find yourself needing surgery, look no furthur. Dr. Werbel removed my gall bladder recently. He is an excellent, caring surgeon. He actually did an umbilical hernia repair for me about 14 years ago. I would highly recommend Dr. Werbel for your surgical needs.

I was recommended to him by Gwinnett Dermatology to have a melanoma spot removed from my leg. It was scary to have that type of diagnosis, but he put my mind at ease, explained what they would do during surgery, how my recovery would go and what to expect after the surgery. He was on time, listened intently, explained the surgery to my satisfaction and staff was understanding and supportive.

I'm new to Georgia and was experiencing abdominal pain so I went to GMC ER to have a CT scan. Dr. Werbel came to E me at 1130pm to tell me I needed surgery to remove my Gallbladder. He performed the surgery the next morning and I was discharged the next day. I've healed very quickly and attribute it to his skill in navigating through all the mesh and scar tissue I had from previous surgeries. I hope to never need his expertise again but if I do, he would be the first surgeon I'd call.
