I would not recommend Dr. Gould for an ablation. When performing mine, she burned a hole through my uterus and my small intestine. I ended up in the hospital for nearly 3 weeks and, over one year later, I am still dealing with health-related issues that arose after this procedure. Also, the ablation didn't work. If you're considering an ablation, I recommend talking with other doctors about their procedures, expertise, and results. Looking back, I feel I ignored some red flags when choosing Dr. Gould.

Been coming here for years, at least over a decade, and it’s always been amazing! I’ve seen 3-4 different providers over the years and they’re all always kind, attentive, and I always leave feeling cared for. Front desk always has everything together. I’ve moved and still drive 30+ mins to come here for my appointments. Highly recommend!

the kindest staff and most calming clinic i've EVER gone to!!!

I moved to Gwinnett a few years ago and my favorite Gyno is in Decatur which is now a bit far for me. I was recommended GAofG. I don’t have my annual exam until March, but I had to make a last-minute problem appointment, and the staff has truly been phenomenal. The space is beautiful, clean, and the staff is extremely welcoming. I highly recommend. They also started doing mammograms, and they also have nearby a certified facial specialist that you guys can take advantage of their services as well.

I use to go here years ago and recommended it to my mother who’s been going here for the past few years. I’m extremely upset by how they treated my mother today and I hope this brings awareness. The front desk ladies (a hispanic lady and a white lady, wish I knew they’re names to hold them responsible) berated my mom this morning , called her a liar , hung up on her when she’s called the office, spoke over her multiple times, I mean the list goes on and on. I’m not sure if they’re nurses to Dr. Gould or strictly just front desk but shame on them. My mom requested to speak to the doctor, and or the manager and they kept telling her that they were busy and couldn’t speak to her. My mom has been experiencing a lot of pain for a few months and for them to make this such a bad experience is inexcusable. She works full time and she had to take off of work to go today (which is hard for her) just to have this horrible interaction at the office and cancel her appointment. Again, shame on you.

I can’t explain how much I love this office and their wonderful staff and amazing doctors. I had several procedures and finally a hysterectomy this past Monday. I was so scared. Dr. Kristina is amazing. I am so thankful. I would recommend them to anyone.

**Avoid this office at all costs.** I visited a couple of years ago, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. They scheduled me for multiple appointments—three, to be exact—only to fail every time at completing a biopsy. Each visit caused me unnecessary pain, and despite their repeated attempts, they couldn't manage to get the sample they needed. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to try and bill me for those failed visits. Even though they promised to write off the charges, I’ve been constantly harassed over a $130 bill they claim I owe. After some back and forth, they told me if I paid $27.45, it would be "canceled out." I paid that amount in 2024 for a visit that took place in 2023. Fast forward to today, and I get a text from a collection agency claiming I still owe them money. Two years later. This is beyond frustrating. I've since gone to another practice, where they successfully completed my biopsy and even performed my hysterectomy without any issues. It's clear this office is only interested in making money, and they have no regard for patient care or ethics. I will be pursuing this further, but I wouldn't recommend anyone go here.
