Honestly I never got to the Doctors because the reception or the people who accept the new patients would not help me or even schedule me for an appointment , I was recommended by my primary care Physician because I have an infection that will not go away I have dealing with this for over a month now and been through three rounds of antibiotics , the receptionist put me on hold for almost an hour for the multiple times I called , I did not understand why no one got back to me , If you can't see me or won't see me I would like to know in a reasonable amount of time , so I can take steps to correct my health, This was the worst experience Ive been through and these people are honestly making it worse all I want is to take care of this as soon as possible

The personnel working there is VERY uncaring and unprofessional. It was AWFUL!! It was not even a 1...it was more like a -10!! There was 1 person there that REALLY cared and had good personality. I don't want to mention any names, but she was the one that made my appointment and she was also the one to check me out. You know who you are... I thank you for being SO kind to me.... BUT ONLY HER!!

The front staff was friendly and helpful. New patient just there for basic tests and prep! Dr. Ketterer was friendly and super helpful in answering all questions I had about the visit and questions on prep. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Very friendly staff and Doctor. First time here and I was not there long enough to hand out five stars without a more extensive experience. However they do pass the look and smell test. Worth a try.
