Kaiser Permanente's Online Review Report Card

I went in to see Dr. London 6/7 for a routine physical. They ran a standard metabolic panel and I went on my way, feeling fine. The same night around 11 pm I get a call from the Kaiser nurse line informing me that my potassium levels are dangerously high and that I need to take myself to urgent care right away because I am in danger of having a cardiac arrest. Sufficiently freaked, I go. Spend five plus hours in the urgent care getting an EKG, another blood panel etc all to find out that my potassium is completely normal and that the Lawrenceville Kaiser office left my blood sample sitting on the counter too long so that the blood started to clot and subsequently gave me incorrect results. Completely inept. I will be making sure Kaiser cover the cost of my urgent care visit for this mistake. Don't play around with people's health.

Do not come here if you care about your time. They don't care about yours.Kaiser scheduled an appointment for me several months ago to receive a single dose vaccine I was missing. I arrived and was told that I needed to pay a $100 co-pay because I was having a physical. I did not schedule an appointment for a physical with Kaiser, I scheduled an appointment for a vaccine. Ok, fine. I'll pay the co-pay.10 mins go by and I'm whisked away to a room. I was incredibly clear from the onset that I was here for a single-dose vaccine. I don't have questions for the doctor, nor do I want any tests run. I'm not here to waste the doctor offiice's time. I just want to get in and out. I have little time to spare because I need to get back to work as soon as I can.20 minutes go by and the doctor arrives. As soon as the doctor came in they asked me a few basic questions and then left. Why the doctor didn't administer me the vaccine right then and there, I don't know. Is it the facilities bureaucracy? I'm not sure. Is it a lack of concern for other people's time? I don't know. I just want a single-shot vaccine. 40 or so minutes go by and a nurse comes in telling me that they are getting the doctor to sign the order. Why did the doctor not sign the order while they were in the room with me? Again, common sense would dictate that the order should have been signed right then and there.Finally, 70 minutes AFTER arriving at the facility do I then receive my vaccine. Any other facility would have completed the entire visit in less than 20 minutes. I've never in my life had to wait this long for a single shot. Kroger Pharmacy would have done this in less than 10 minutes.I am actively looking for a new health insurance plan with a different company and this facility is to blame.I have no idea how to run a medical office but I can purposely screw up and still do a better job than the manager(s)/employees of this facility.

My visits are always quick, and the staff is courteous and extremely friendly. I like my doctor, and I can voice what I feel may be an issue and get an excellent informative response. It doesn’t hurt that all of your visits and any screenings or tests that you have done are all kept under one roof, which makes it very easy for the doctors to see, and there’s no weight on previous records.

Love how the lab and pharmacy are located onsite without having to wait and go to separate locations. Nurse Ashley and Lab Practitioner Brenda were also amazing definitely personable and made me feel at ease despite the symptoms I was dealing with.

I LOVED coming to the Lawrenceville Kaiser! As someone who’s been in the Kaiser system for well over a decade (and had terrible experiences) this was like entering another world! Everyone was so friendly, caring, and most importantly GENUINE! I will definitely be coming back here for future appointments. Big shout out to Dr. Adimorah and Brenda for being absolutely perfect ❤️

Brenda was excellent She greeted me warmly and welcomed me to the lab area. Her kind disposition was appreciated.

I came today for my annual physical appointment and as always they took good care of me. They answer every question I had and always with a positive attitude. I just feel they are taking such a good care of me every time I come in.

This is my first visit and I loved it. The staff is professional and my new doctor Dr. Thenmozhi Singaram is kind and caring. I am happy I choose Kaiser.
