Very pleasing and will go back again and his staff is so pleasing and wonder full like them very much

Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Dr. Nordsiek did an excellent job. The procedure went perfectly with little to no ongoing pain. The anesthesiologist was perfect also. I woke right up and was alert shortly after the procedure. I highly recommend them.

Ian Thomas PA spent meaningful time with me to discuss the pros/cons of the various medications to address my problem.

The rating was not specifically related to the doctor but with the general operation of this super office. Perhaps they are so big that their operation is atypical. They have their own huge building, their own surgery facility like a hospital. As a result the operation seemed very much lack of patient attention and intimacy and seems quite disorganized. There are a large group (15-20) of nurses sitting behind the reception desk facing their computers and waiting for action like a market place. Starting from appointment, all by on-line with insufficient information to be provided for a proper appointment and request. We were forced to fill in an incorrect symptom in order to be accepted for an appoitment. Then in the appointment day we did not seem to be greeted by a designated nurse or assistant. After being called in there were no temperature taken nor weight measured by anyone. There was no person/assistance guiding us to enter an examination room but being assigned a room number to walk in ourselves. Waited for a long while, one nurse finally came but seemed no preparation whatsoever and needed to get out to grab a pad and a pen to ask a few very basic questions including weight, height, medication and a few more questions which have all been filled in the check-in. She did not even try to find it on the in-site computer. Then for a while, the doctor showed up. Spending about 3-5 min, he only asked the reason for the visit. We simply answered that our primary doctor referred us to visit because her urine test showed little atypical cells and mixture of floras. Without any examination or further question he ordered two procedures (we didn't catch the names) performed in their surgery facility in view of my wife's breast cancers 23+ years ago. After we got home, we found that the order forms did not clearly indicate what procedures are but simple appreviations. After we got home I spent some time to reach the order department finally and asked for the procedure's name. A lady answered that we will be informed one week before the procedure time. That was the day of visit. In short we felt like being rushing through the crowded market and did not know what we were getting. Perhaps that is how a large super clinical group runs. It is certainly different from all doctors' offices we have been visiting. Please note that we did not make this rating until being repeatedly requested by the urology office or google which we do not know.

This office is a pleasure to go to, from the second you walk in the door until you leave, everyone you encounter is more helpful than I could imagine!

Quick and to the point. Never have I gone to a doctor’s office and been brought back on time and been out within an hour. Really amazed at the efficiency of the office.

I found my doctor to be a little condescending

Everyone from reception to doctor care were fantastic.

The staff was very friendly and professional! Dr. Nordsiek gathered the necessary info explained the issue and made an uncomfortable situation for me pass with relative ease!
