I am now six months post-op from a laparoscopic and hysteroscopic myomectomy, and the transformation in my quality of life has been remarkable. Since the removal of fibroids and endometriosis, I am no longer anemic and now experience regular, manageable cycles. From start to finish, Dr. Barnes was thorough, precise, and deeply attentive. She provided all necessary post-operative medications in advance, ensuring I was fully prepared for recovery. She also scheduled a follow-up visit soon after surgery to closely monitor my healing process. Her attention to detail gave me a great sense of comfort and confidence. Her office staff was equally supportive—every message I sent was promptly relayed, and Dr. Barnes personally returned my calls to address any concerns I had during recovery. That level of responsiveness and care made all the difference. My incisions healed beautifully with minimal scarring, and the belly button site is well-healed & symmetrical.
