It was a little wait to see Dr. Marcus Sim, although it was worth it. I have a family history or heart disease and he is very thorough and ordered many test to make sure I am all good. He makes you feel like you are a friend or family from the moment you meet him. Very genuine!!

On my resent visit to Eastside the COVID precautions were adhered to, staff wearing masks,temperature checks at reception, and hand sanitizer available.Check in was immediate and I was given a number to call to verify insurance coverage for my test. The wait to see the clinician was longer than usual but I was given updates. The staff were friendly and professional.

Every one should have a doctor like Dr. Lipsit or Dr. Unterman. Both have such an easy demeanor and directness that is so beneficial and easy to understand. I have been a patient since 1994.
