I'm upset that my mother 77 yrs young went in to see PA, because her regular Dr wasn't in. The PA dismissed her complaints and was uncaring that she had multiple issues, not a good thing. I will be calling the office to make sure they know how I feel about this.

The office staff is always friendly and helpful anytime I am there. The wait time is not long at all. Dr. Lockette takes the time to talk to you and see how things are going. She is very thorough and makes sure she has everything covered in getting you the best treatment plan for whatever ails you. I highly recommend them!

Crazy long waits. At least an hour past your appointment.They do not care about you, and treat you horrible. Staff is not caring and make minimal effort.We drive out of town for a doctor! Cannot say enough how bad they are.
