Spoken with several former employees, all of them says the same is a high turnover rate Company. Only people who have worked there for awhile have seniority, and whatever they say goes. Some of the Physicians are all about the patients, and some are not. Management /Corporate doesn't handle situation well tend to overlook the main problem when its repetitive.
Dr Waldrop and Dr Hunter did a fantastic work on my Right Shoulder with a Reverse Total Shoulder Replacement. I like to say, “Thank You!” to the Anesthesiologists, to all the Nurses, the hospital staff at Piedmont Hospital North. May GOD Bless You All.
Been trying for nearly 7 years to find someone who knows what they are doing. Military doctors were useless, so afterwards, VA sent me to Phoebe Ortho. I'm pretty sure they did not even look at my reports or images because they sent me packing in 10 minutes or less. VA sent me here...night and day difference. I have had clicking, locking, popping and grinding in my knees for some time now. He figured out both knees quickly, did not only focus on imaging or only on symptoms, but both (that is important). I am supposed to have a knee scope done shortly, diagnosed after one visit. Staff is very sweet and fast.
I like doctor to be detail with me. I'm workers comp so he don't explain anything to me and they never answer the phone in the leesburg office. Is transferred to Columbus every time I called
I seen Dr Fernicola.. Honestly he's probably a good Ortho but has no bedside manner or sympathy for your pain etc. I was never asked about my past injuries. Felt I was treated like I was being a baby which I know I'm tough for a girl. Told me i was being negative but never let me finish what i was saying. He cuts you off before you can even explain. In my opinion he needs to stick with only athletes. I couldn't imagine being old & going thru this rotor cuff then have a Dr make you feel like I shouldn't be in pain 2 wks after surgery. I was very pleases with my treatment at time of surgery. They have no compassion afterwards! I was on swim team & was first girl to play football with the boys, have jogged 2 miles for 20 yrs. So I'm no baby! I don't appreciate being treated like one when noone there hardly knows a thing about my life! I do not recommend going here unless your an athlete! You will get no compassion or help once surgery is over! I know there is an opioid crisis but they should help with pain meds until your halfway thru with physical therapy. I'm in more pain than when this started. You only get 28 & that's it no matter if you still can't use your arm or are in pain constantly.. I'm sure therapy will help but I'm very mad at dealing with a doctor that doesn't let you even finish what your saying! He has a god complex!
They have been great ever time I been.
They have done three surgeries for me and they were very nice and their bed side manners are awesome.
Staff is very slow. ...sits around and talks more than caring for patients.....Dr late.....shoves you in a room and leaves you till they have their morning coffee and doughnuts. Would NOT recommend, nor refer anyone. Part time clinic, Dr has to come from Columbus.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
