Excellent service, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. McDiehl was excellent took her time to answer all my questions. I will most definitely recommend Atlanta Gynecology.

If I could give zero stars I would. I needed assistance with getting setup with an appointment as I am newly expecting the lady on the phone isn’t a good/active listener and denied me services based on my last menstrual date (which is odd as clearly wasn’t pregnant at that time) without going into details this was the most ridiculous non empathetic response from this establishment and I am happy that I didn’t try and continue to be seen at this location. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Luckily I have found many more providers that actually care and listen to their patience prior to scheduling.

If I could 0 stars I would, I called this office to have a follow up appointment as I had emergency tube removal surgery yesterday. Christy asked me what my appointment was for and I let her know the circumstances she LAUGHED/chuckled and then proceeds to tell me no appointments until October without even checking first. I’m not the person to write reviews but if you are going through a hard time I would strongly suggest go else where. Beyond unprofessional and the lack of empathy is DISGUSTING.

Front desk lady is rude as hell. Thinks just because she’s behind a thin piece of glass the waiting room can’t hear her and she can call patients liars and annoying. Horrible service definitely don’t recommend just the check in was an absolute joke.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dawn Mandeville for over 12 years and it’s like we are family. She has shown me such great care over the years, I wouldn’t trade her for the world 💕

First time visiting Atlanta Obseterics & Gynecology - Gwinnett and my first time being under the care of Dr. Oates. I will say Dr. Oates was gentle, kind, thoughtful and caring. She wanted to get to know me and how best she could help. She was efficient and I left feeling confident and with my more clarity than I've had before. Thank you Dr. Oates! In addition, the entire care team was great! I was in and out within the hour! Pain-free and seamless experience. Coming from someone who hasn't had the best experiences in the past. I look forward to continuing my journey with them.

Had such a pleasant experience at Atlanta Gynecology & Obstetrics! This was my first visit and it was nothing short of positive. I felt very welcomed and comfortable the entire visit. Special thanks to midwife, Jabria Stinson! She was extremely kind and gentle. Annual exams aren’t anyone’s favorite, but Jabria made sure I was comfortable and walked me through each step. Highly recommend this clinic!

I’ve been coming to this practice for twenty years! I love Dr. Oates and now my daughter sees her. She’s wonderful, she listens and doesn’t rush you off to see the next patient. I appreciate her and the staff!
