Had all the symptoms of strep, they did a test and it was negative but did not send it out for a culture. Didn’t check my temperature and failed to call me back - twice. I left a voicemail and left a message with a staff member the ONE time I was able to get through to a person, and still no call back.
Tanya Harrison was very professional and took the time to make the necessary recommendation for my ear and sinus infection. She was kind and considerate.
There is always at least a 2 hour wait- even with an appointment. The staff doesn’t care to move quickly and the front desk attendants always have attitudes like they hate their jobs.
This place is a joke! I will file a complaint with BBB. My son has been waiting for covt test results for almost 2 weeks. No one has called him, the Dr. does not respond to messages! I will also report this to my insurance company. Don't ever use Eastside Urgent Care poor Service!
My father had a severe sore throat. Alot of pain, discomfort also. Being still covid season, we both got a covid test, that will be ready on Wednesday. We did this just to be safe and cautious. I am at stage 4 kidney disease, and DO NOT need to get sick. The physician assist said it is most likely a very bad cold for him 😕 😬
Update: never received Covid test results, and they don't answer their phone. Don't bother getting tested here.This is the most poorly run facility I've ever been to. I feel sorry for some of the staff who are friendly enough (not sorry for the receptionist who is unhelpful with a terrible attitude) but they are so inefficient and do not maintain appropriate staffing levels. I've been here three times now and it's been a consistently bad experience each time so I will go out of my way to avoid this place in the future. You should plan on waiting a minimum of two hours for something as simple as a covid swab even with an appointment. And they are not at all crowded - it is simply an operations disaster. Management needs to get it together!
BETTER STAFF IS NEEDED ASAP!!!.... I came in today to this public establishment and first of all their was a Áfrican American guy(as google made me change it!) in early 20’s that came to the register with hoodie and unprofessional dressed (as google made me change it!) looking clothes on, the wait time was ridiculous 2hr wait when I had been told 1hr still...Thanks to their incompetence I basically lost 3hrs of work here just sitting.
TERRIBLE service. They have the worst customer service. Stay away. Go elsewhere. They are rude and disrespectful. Take your business elsewhere. Trust me. You will agree with me if you go here.
Worst experience with an urgent care I've had in my life. I had an appointment at 2:30pm and was there filling out paperwork at 2:15pm. I gave them all the paperwork and insurance info and they told me to be seated. An hour later, I realized they had called someone who came much later than me and I went up and asked and they said I was removed from the line. I sat back down and she called me back up saying they NEVER GOT THE PAPERWORK when I handed it to the receptionist 1.5 hours prior and she asked me to fill it out again??!!! I said are you f-ing kidding me and left was not about to wait 3 more hours because of a disorganized receptionist. AVOID- literally go ANYWHERE else!!! They were also very cold and unfriendly to me and others I witnessed.
My appointment was at 9:54am, for which I arrived before hand. I have currently waited over 1.5hr for them to check me in, and it still has not been completed. I have seen people come in after me, with no appointment, and be seen while I am still waiting for them to check me in.
I signed up online to “reserve my spot in line”. I showed up early for my reservation. After asking how long I’d have to wait to get in, I was told it would be 2-2.5 hours. “For those of us that reserved our spot online?” I asked. “That’s not an appointment - it just saves your spot in line,” she said.Can someone explain to me what that means? I can’t figure out what advantage I received from reserving my spot online. Seems to me it had the same result as walking in cold.Additionally, the reception staff are almost all cold and dismissive. They treat everyone like they are a nuisance. It’s like everyone is a bother and they are prepared for a fight. I’ve been here Several times and it’s the same every time. I’ve watched the way they treat others - and they do it to everyone - so it’s not just me :-/
I was treated with the utmost care and respect. Everyone was professional and extremely competent. Being enveloped in this community of care helped me to feel better. Thank you to these awesome heath care professionals! I recommend highly!
I waited an hour in the waiting room for them to tell me that they would not be able to see me today because all of their restrooms were broken, so they would not be able to collect a urine sample. This would have been pertinent information to give at my time of arrival, instead of having me fill out several forms and pay for the service. When I asked for my money to be refunded, the nurse took me to the front desk to void my payment and then blurted out the reason for my visit, in the waiting room, in front of several other patients. Talk about a HIPPA violation.....

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Eastside Urgent Care. The whole team was extremely professional and accommodating - from the nice lady at the reception desk, to Ms. Alexis and Dr. Daniel. I was fortunate that the waiting time wasn't bad at all - even though I didn't have an appointment for a routine PCR Covid-19 test that I needed to get done. The whole procedure was pain free and quick and I got my test results back quickly, which was really super helpful. I want to recommend Eastside Urgent Care's team and services. Make sure to treat them nicely, bring a smile and some friendly words to them and they will do the same for you! Stay healthy and/or get healthy everyone! Let's all have a better year in 2021!
Front desk woman is horrible.
I suspected that I had pink eye but it was a combination of dry eyes/inflammation. The front desk worker left a lot to be desired, but getting the appointment online, seeing the PA (who was awesome) and picking up the prescription at CVS was a breeze! I’m sure that getting an appointment at 8:47 rather than later in the day helped. No complaints here!
Doctor was really rude and did not show any compassion or caring about my moms injuries.
Front desk has the worst service, medical staff is friendly. equipment not working, long waits even with appointments.
