I have not visited the facility yet but I received excellent customer service from Leslie when scheduling my colon screening appointment. She took my call during her lunch break to schedule my appointment instead of making me call back. This may seem small to some but means a lot to me.

Dr. Levitate kept insisting I was swallowing air. I demanded for a pylori test because I knew something was wrong with me. He tried to delay my test and results for 3 weeks. When I tested positive, and called several times for treatment, his staff was rude and hung up on me several times. They will delay your treatment and avoid talking about your diagnosis. Do not come here be warned.

Worst experience ever. No bedside manner in any shape or form.I felt so uncomfortable about being put to sleep here because of how I was treated while I was still awake. Regardless if you are rushing because you have too many patients to get through, you have to know this is an uncomfortable situation for most people. They’re scared, they’re uncomfortable, and they’re alone because nobody can come in with them. The only one who treated me with any ounce of dignity was the nurse in recovery. I have been in healthcare for a long time and I was just appalled at the way I was treated. I will never come back here again.

Worst experience ever . Payed for a procedure didn’t get any results he didn’t come in make me feel comfortable or discuss anything with me called several times to get results STILL didn’t get any and this procedure was done like a month ago . Had to beg for my X-ray results . They do things half way like you should go above and beyond for your patients . I am currently being taken care of at GRADY HOSPITAL and they are amazing they made me feel comfortable very supportive and GIVING ACCURATE INFORMATION scheduling me fast they do their job I am disappointed in my fellow black people please do better and be professional your patient shouldn’t have to call an office 100 times to get their results and understand a game plan to get them healthy it’s honestly very very sad .

One minute agoI wish I could leave negative 5 stars! This is the most incompetent group of people in the medical field I've ever seen in my life! They don't know how to schedule patients, make appts only to cancel them or better yet.... Let you know they're rescheduled once you arrive to the visit.... Lack customer service.... VERY INCOMPETENT! I will NEVER set foot in another one these facilities and the fact they're outta Emory explains a lot....... Useless!

Horrible experience The doctor didn’t listen to me he just typing on the computer and prescribed me some pills . NEVER GOING BACK

It is a clean facility. My doctor scheduled was behind over 2 hours. Ms Deborah a nurse was awesome couldnt have asked for a better nurse. The other Sabina was not customer service friendly. She was blunt and dry but did her job.

The building does not have handicap accessible doors no easy to open push button access. The waiting time to be seen is way too long office visit or procedure side.Then the funky attitude of Dr.Haywood after the long wait humility lesson are needed it has taken 46 days for a return phone call since the Dr called me. I am my own advocate along with my husband this type of lack of services can be fixed.Patients deserve nothing less than Professionalism since we come visit when we are most vulnerable and unwell Dr. should be better more often than not.Take a deep breath and adjust your attitude before you walk in to think you are helping that next patient.

Dr. Levitt is EVERYTHING So personable and easy to talk to. I was so nervous but he and his staff eased all of my anxiety. Everyone genuinely greeted me and kept asking me if I was ok while I was prepped for my procedure. I was out in 1 12 hrs from arrival to check out. Highly recommend this doctor and facility
