ABSOLUTE JOKE DONT GO HERE FOR NOTHING IM NOT LYING THEY ARE PITIFUL
This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. To describe it as unprofessional is an understatement. In the waiting room you can hear the receptionist on speaker phone with customers. Literally when patients call the office they are placed on speaker phone and everyone in the waiting room can hear the conversation. The rest of the staff has no regard or patience for patients with physical restrictions. They also dont communicate well with patients and each other. The office is often overbooked despite being in a pandemic.
DOCTOR CHANDRA SANDEEP IS A EXCELLENT CARDIOLOGIST AND HE IS FAMILIAR WITH A VARIETY OF DIFFERENT MEDICAL HEART CONDITIONS
My visit with Dr. Suh was NOT usually long and I was very pleased with my visit.
Their billing practices is schizophrenic. They tell you one thing when you’re at the front desk and you get billed for something else later on. The appointment wait time is disgusting. I went to appointments on time and waited a half hour to an hour to be seen. No one comes out to tell you there’s a slow down. I will not use this organization ever again. I agree with the person that said they don’t share any of their records with your primary care doctor. Most of the lab work was not sent to my doctor and you constantly call and they still don’t send it over
Worst place to go if you need to speak about or get information about billing. It gets even worse if you need to get your medical records sent to your primary care doctor. If you werent sick youll get sick dealing with this place. They over bill send billing records to insurance companies late so you have to pay out of pocket. They charge for services that your doctor never prescribed. My recommendation is that you hit the road and dont come to this place at all. If you have to make sure that they give you full disclosure of every services and the charges
Dr yan is thorough.she does not make judgement before conducting tests like a lot of doctors I have had the misfortune to visit at Emory Decatur hospital.
Dr. Kommuri is very attentivethorough and caring.I truly see his passion for his profession. Its hard to find caring physicians. The office staff is veri friendly as well.
I went to AHS for about 10 years and was extremely pleased. However my last 2 experiences were very negative and life threatening. I underwent shoulder surgery but had to be cleared by AHS. I stopped by the nurses’ station to make sure they knew where to send the information and received a rude response. When I arrived for the surgery the information and clearance were not there and the office was not open My next encounter 9 months later was as a walkin feeling unusua fatigue—I could barely walk. I kept saying “I feel bad “ and was virtually ignored. As I felt worse I asked the nurse how could I get to the ER in the same building at Hillandale. She gave me directions but did not offer any assistance or a wheel chair. AHS staff has changed and declined.
The worst doctor Ive ever had the misfortune of working with. They refuse to share records with other doctors even after multiple releases are signed and sent to them. We had to go to their office and sit in their waiting room until they manually printed them off. You will never wait less than an hour to see the doctor sometimes 34 hours.Rude staff doesnt help.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
