Dr.Monday cares for her patients She has patience understandings the whole staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Monday is absolutely the best doctor in her field or any other field. Her bedside manor is outstanding and the way she cares about her patients is phenomenal. I recommend Dr. Monday to any one that needs this kind of experience in health care.

My husband had a 4:30 appointment to see Dr. Monday on 3/28/22 per referral from our primary care physician. He has also been seeing another physician in the same group but at a different location since October of last year due to a partial left foot amputation. Our PCP referred him to Dr. Monday to take care of the right foot and the fungus on his toes. he uses a wheelchair and walker, because he is unable to bear weight on the left foot. When we arrived at the office today, the receptionist IMMEDIATELY began questioning my husband about an outstanding bill (that was from the other physician's office.! She asked him did he pay co-pays when he was seen at that office, he stated yes! She asked him when was the last time he was seen, he told her three weeks ago. I told her, the office at Midtown NEVER asks or mentions the outstanding bill when we go to the office. And that it is the 20% that my insurance has not paid. She asked why was he there to see Dr. Monday. I told her that our PCP, Dr. Faith Gray referred us to her for the care of his right foot and care of his discolored extremely long toenails. She said to wait a minute and went to the back. When she came back to the window, she stated that he was not going to be able to be seen today and that he would need to have Dr. Sharif take care of his right foot. When I tell you, I was beyond angry, that does not even touch the surface of my emotions. We came all the way from Snellville to be turned away because of a $700 bill that had NOTHING to do with Lawanna Monday MD! I don't know if she made the decision to not see my husband or if it was the office manager, but this is piss poor business practice. I guess its ALL about the money for this practice, huh! I could see and thoroughly understand if I didn't have insurance, but I have very good insurance! No worries though... this IS metro Atlanta, physicians (and great ones) come a dime a dozen! I will make sure to tell my PCP just how we were treated by your staff.

Dr. Monday is kind, compassionate, and caring. She listens to what you say to her. She is funny and engaging. She is truly a wonderful example of what a physician should be. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Her staff members are also very caring and kind.

Dr. Munday is awesome. I've been a patience for several years. I will definitely recommend this podiatrist to my family & friends. I have no problem making appointment and also I am not waiting long to be seen or to be called to a room. Great smile and great spirit.

Dr. Monday is Amazing, so gracious, knowledgeable, integrity driven, and an overall extremely educated medical professional in her field. She is kind, a great listener, and considerate to my needs as her patient.
