My visit didn't include long waits. In fact I didn't wait much at all. Dr. Srini was at the hospital so I saw his PA who was very knowledgeable. I only gave 4 stars because I was ensured insurance would pay for hardware I needed, but in actuality it went towards my deductible which hasn't been met.
The young lady had an attitude with my sister I need to transfer her records to someone else
Have to wait forever for even simple test Last 2 appts were 2 and 2 hours wait When seen apology seemed artificial. Did'nt feel cared about your time, just another patient to get in and out.
Dr. Srini is a good doctor with whom I trust. He frequently is called to Rockdale Hospital for his expertise though so sometimes theres a wait. Luckily his office is right across the street.
The staff at this office can't do anything right. The doctor takes forever to return phone calls and give out test result.
My echo cardiogram was said to be with no significant valvular abnormalities, but the Aortic Valve: Thickened AV Leaflets with normal function. This is known all over the world as aortic valve sclerosis. I am 32 years old and this could lead to something very serious and it was passed off.
I've seen Dr. "Srini" for about 7 years now since suffering heart failure after my son was delivered. I was prescribed medication that kept me alive so I guess he is effective in that manner, nurses are nice, however, if you are looking for a doctor to take the time to explain things to you have give you a more whole picture for your care this is NOT the doctor. He is in and out of the room in minutes. Once I asked questions I had prepared and he kept asking me "why do you ask" Unless you ask for your test results you won't receive them. I have 7 years of ECHO results I was never made aware of until I asked. After my last test numbers were down I ask if Dr. Srini could call me to discuss how I could improve I was told to schedule another appt. because its easier for him to talk F2F. Which means another copayment for another 5 mins of his time and I just had an appt.
First impression of this doctor was great but after initial appointment, the waiting period increased tremendously. patient had to wait on him while he left the office, filled with patient, to do a consultation at a nearby hospital. he returned 1-1/2 hour later and rushed people out because he had a prior appointment on that friday. my concern was why my feet swelled after he perscribed new medication but instead of answering the question, he increased the lasix dosage to get rid of the fluids, never answering why this is happening to me. i had more questions for him but he suggested i make another appointment, three weeks later, mind you, to get some answers. i couldn't believe he was sending me out of his office with shortness of breath, increase in weight over 25 pounds and not answering any of my concerns. this doctor had a great personality but my visit was to get medical help not friendship and it was not received from him!!!! I would not recommend him to a friend because his biggest concern, to me, was getting me on some new medication that was very expensive but still didn't explain why it would be beneficial for me to take it. he was a great disappointment.
Very caring doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
