Oh my... The Telehealthor staff at the front desks answering service staff is rude. Rush you off the phone and then hangs up on me.

I had tried to call back up there for my results because time had passed long enough. There’s never a answer I even left a voicemail mail to let them know I called That’s been 2 days ago and they still haven’t gotten back to me Tells me they don’t care at all. Bad service.

Their technology is superb. Everyone is nice. Im sure her official position but I will tell you that Keisha went above and beyond to help me when I needed it.

Went to Hillandale location twice both times doctor seemed clueless. First visit she sent to the ER when she could have just treated me with medication. Second visit she refused tofill out medical forms. What is the purpose of seeing the doctor if she can’t give you the medical help you need?

I had to give them a star so that this would be seen. I called in for a friend. First they told me they take walk ins. So my friend left worked and when they got to Oakhurst Medical Center he sat there for over 1 hour before they told him that all the walk ins for the day had already signed in and they could see him next Wednesday DO NOT GO THERE
