List of Thomas Eye Group's Reviews
Good doctor (Dr. Stephens--I would give him 5 stars himself), but don't go here if you can't afford to wait a long time to be seen (two hours on one visit and one hour on the next). No doctor is so good that they can keep you waiting that long. They need to do better.
In covid environment still packing them in Although, temperatures are checked and masks are required. So far been waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time.Eye technician, staff, and doctors are good, but wait time needs improvement. Total time in practice roughly 3 hours with eyes dilated. I would be happy with 1.5 to 2 hours.
Very good
I called as a new patient to inquire of an exam. The associate who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending.
I had the worst experience at this doctor office than any other Doctor office. I waited 5 hours to be seen by doctor. only to leave with the wrong prescription prescribed by Dr. Lina Barry. I took off work again to get it corrected and she did not make any correction, nor did she care that I could not see for 2 months. She ignored my complaints on not being able to see. I had to go to another Doctor to get the correct prescription to be able to see. When I was explaining to Dr. Lina Barry that I could not see she ignored me, continue to look at her paper in her hand and did not acknowledge me. She only responded when I called her Mrs. Barry to only correct me and say" its Dr. Barry". Very nonchalant doctor. This was around March. I never went back and do not recommend no one to go to a doctor that does not care about their patients vision.
My daughters and I have been receiving care from the Thomas Eye Group (though at different locations) for some times now. The Thomas Eye group providers are exceptionally dedicated and thorough in their evaluation and treatment of their patients. They are not in a rush to prescribe unnecessary treatments and they won't pressure you to accept remedies either. I highly recommend this group for everything and anything "eye." Customer services are upheld here.
I love Thomas Eye Group. Very kind and friendly. I will be going back.
Love Thomas Eye Group. The place is clean and the Staff are very welcoming.
This visit definitely could have been better . I scheduled this appointment at the time I did so I could still make it to work on time . I arrived on time for my appointment but wasn’t checked in or assessed until 15-20 minutes of being there . So because of this I had to leave with an incomplete visit .
Horrible wait time. Staff are nice but they are severely overbooked. You’re going to be there for at least 2 and a half hours or longer (per the gentleman at the front desk). Example: appointment was at 9:10, we didn’t see the doctor until 11:15 and I had to go up the front and ask why were we waiting so long and that’s when the gentleman advised me of the waiting times I mentioned above. They should tell you that before you make an appointment (if you’re a new patient) so you can have the option to go somewhere else. I will never come here again. BTW this was an appointment for my 8 year old.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
