They constantly have new nurses who do not care about patients. They say that checking breathing is important, however, it has been over 2 1/2 weeks (8 treatments) since breathing was checked. A new nurse stuck my husband 3 times yesterday and took way too much fluid off. My husband could barely walk out of there and slept all way home. Jackie and Eddie are the only 2 nurses that are any good. I’m definitely checking for a new place for dialysis because they definitely don’t give a crap here. So sad how they treat patients because trust me the patients don’t like coming here anymore than the nurses like their jobs. Eddie hasn’t been there in almost a month and they say he is sick. Praying for him but think they are lying. Jackie is the best. Every other nurse truly sucks. If you don’t like your job don’t work with patients who depend on you!!!!!
This place is completely disrespectful of patients’ time and health. They call people in as if they’re ready, but when you arrive you’re left sitting and waiting for two hours or more with no explanation. For a dialysis center where patients are already struggling this level of disorganization and lack of care is unacceptable. It feels like they simply don’t value the people they’re supposed to help. Save yourself the stress and frustration and go somewhere else.
Let me start with this: most of the nurses, the receptionist Melissa, and the social worker Debbie are WONDERFUL. They work 12-18 hour days, with terrible compensation, inadequate or broken equipment for older and disabled patients and their families who are all in terrible moods because...well, kidney failure sucks and it's hard to be anything other than a pain in the you-know-what when you're just sick of being sick or worried about your loved one...the COMPANY however NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR POLICIES!!! The company keeps chasing off incredible staff members with these awful working conditions. No, your staff doesn't complain but we still see it. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING!! And when you have to bring in new nurses, who don't know us or our unique needs, every other week, WE ARE THE ONES WHO SUFFER. Plus, the nephrologist is a jerk who does not put his patients well-being first. He doesn't listen to us OR the staff. He will literally talk over us while we are trying to communicate concerns or even answer his questions. Thankfully, we only see the guy once a month. 🙄😒 Put in the time and money to pay your nurses better and create less strenuous scheduling, and get up to date equipment that isn't screeching every 3 minutes for no reason, and you might just survive these healthcare cuts and reforms. Otherwise, you're digging your own corporate grave.
I am very disappointed with the care my mother has been receiving at this clinic. For several days, I have repeatedly informed the nurse that, according to vascular surgeon Dr khan instructions, my mother’s fistula in her hand should be used. However, every time I drop her off for treatment, they ignore these directions and continue to use a catheter instead. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to both the doctor’s orders and the patient’s well-being. Such indifference and disregard for proper medical protocol are very concerning.
This location needs to open a new entrance. My 5-year-old almost was hit by one of the employee’s husbands. This has been going on for years. The kids cannot wait for the bus without an employee/patient desperately trying to get to the building. I’m so livid that when the employees husband was confronted, he carelessly brushed it off. The bus was pulling up when they decided to turn in fast while kids were starting to walk. It hurts my heart to know that as long as the entrance is open in my neighborhood, these kids will never be safe from any collision from patients/employees.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
