Groff Family Medicine's Online Review Report Card

I see Dr. Johnson. He has carefully listened to my problems and addressed them one by one. I like that they practice at Gwinnett/Northside. I wouldn’t trade the care that I’ve retrieved here with any other practice. Have lived in Loganville for over 30 years!

My husband and I have been going here for about 2 years and are very happy! Everyone has been kind and professional. Dr. Johnson is a wonderful doctor. Really takes the time to listen and talk to you, not just rush you in and out the door. Nurses are great, easy to make appointments. COVID precautions are definitely taken and made me feel very safe going in for a physical. Highly recommend!

If I could give this office a 0 star review, I would. The way the office manager Maureen spoke to me was jaw dropping. As someone who works in customer service, I was horrified and would not want to be associated with them or this medicine in any way. I called them to see if I can possibly reschedule my morning appointment because my car battery was dead. The associate that answered the call said she would call me back and see if they can work something out but I SPECIFICALLY asked if we get it fixed and I can make it in time of the appointment, should I still come in and she said YES. Within 5 minutes of me speaking to them and my husband coming home with the new battery, we switched cars and I made it to the appointment. That is when Maureen said they already filled my appointment and made another one for me. Huh?? And she wasn't even nice about telling me this...she was absolutely rude, rude! My biggest issue is that they lied to me and I absolutely hate liers which makes me think their office is shady as well. I can't speak about their doctors because I didn't get to be seen by one but I am so thankful for that because after my experience with the front office, I would not want to be associated with them in any way. I waited 3 months to make this appointment and they had the adosity to do this...their new patient. Wow, just wow! People stay away from this place!! The reviews are correct, the staff is unprofessional! After reading the reviews I still wanted to give them a chance because I live very close to the office but no thank you! I would rather drive miles away and be treated like a human being and not lied to then deal with Groff Family medicine.

We moved here about 2 years ago...looking for dr's are challenging...This is such a nice office...Dr.Johnson is so nice and friendly...so easy to talk to...I am very happy with the dr and staff.

The most unprofessional people. They asked for medical records they only ask for 1 years worth and the issues has been going on several years Groff office folks refused to get more information beyond the 1 year as I have asked they refused to ask again for records told me I'll have to call them HOW MANY DOCTORS DOES IT TAKE TO get proper treatment..

Rude front desk. She hung up on me today! The Dr just makes excuses for them. I am so vey dissapointed that i sent my daughter there. Overcharged for nothing!

Dr. Donovan is my primary care physician. He has taken care of my wife and I for some time now and does a wonderful job of common sense medicine. His office staff is highly professional and very friendly. The office phlebotomist is the best I've seen in over 30 years. This is an old-style doctor's office where doctors take the time to get to know each patient and involve them in the process. This is the best experience I have had since moving to the Atlanta Metro Area.

I do not like going to the Dr at all and I was super nervous about going but boy am I glad I did! Dr. Johnson is the first Dr that actually listened to me and put me right at ease. He was very thorough and made me feel so much better. The front office staff was also very welcoming and friendly.

The ladies at the front desk are very professional and this place is always clean. Dr. Munsey is a wonderful doctor and his helper Robin is always smiling and kind. Thank you for keeping my parents healthy.

My husband and I are new to the area and we were looking for a Family Doctor. It was so hot that day and we we're at my Husband Podiatrists office which was actually across the way. When we finished at his appointment I told him that I noticed that it was a family Doctor's office actually in the same area so we stop by and when I Tell you we had the friendliest warm smiles from all at the Desk who were sitting. I was speechless because most of the time people dont look up and they just ask if you have an appointment and sighn in. Well that's not here. We informed them exactly what we needed and that we were new here from Fayetteville N.C. they welcomed us first and then ask us our names and got us set up for an appointment quickly to see our Doctor. We are so very glad that we came in there that day. The whole staff is amazing and I'm so truly very much pleased with our Doctor. We have had some very Bad experiences with Doctors and we're so very glad that they made us feel relaxed. Doctor Johnson made us Both feel at ease which is not something we have experienced before with Doctors. Usually my Blood pressure is high because I am very nervous and not knowing what to expect from this Doctor. They're so very Busy and they're in and out. Well we were in for a suprise. He was very detailed and precise with what he wanted to do for the both of us individual and what he was going to do with our concerns. I was so overwhelmed that I was in tears when we left because of the compassion that he had for the both of us which made me feel assured that we both would get great care. Thank you so very much to the entire staff . You are number 1 in our Book .
