The facility is very clean and everyone’s very professional. If you reserve a time on line you get get seen without a long wait. Ive seen 3 different drs over the last 6 months and they have treated my illness and explained everything to me. I’ll never go anywhere else as far as an urgent care facility.

The staff was very friendly, very good customer service. The Dr. Was awesome she listens well, took her time, wasn’t rushing, and was very concerned about the pain I was having. I will most definitely visit again, and recommend others.

Very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful.Treatment was very good. I agreed with the diagnosis and after a steroid injection and two prescriptions I feel like I am on the road to recovery. Thank you!

I would like to thank everyone at the Grayson location for their professionalism in how they treated me on my visit. I went in to get my DOT Physical to which I was having problems with with another well known Clinic. I walked in and was greeted with a smile. Explained why I was there and within a few minutes after checking in, I was called back to be looked at. After 45 minutes, I was walking out with my medical card with no problems mentioned like I had at the last well known Clinic. Everyone treated me with respect as well as I to them. I am definitely going back for any medical issue that I may have. "Thank you to everyone at the Grayson location!" I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of any medical attention.

Love the staff they were all so amazing 😍. They did not force my kid to wear a mask like Piedmont urgent care tried to do over an ear ache. Will totally go back if needed and will always recommend them.
