IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS OFFICE, I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE. Very much like an assembly line for animals. The first issue is a 400.00 bill to see a physicians assistant (not even the doctor), for five minutes. The P.A. literally scheduled a procedure for the doctor and I was charged 400.00 for a five minute visit with her. I waited over an hour to get to the room, then spent a total of five minutes with a P.A. You will not see the doctor until the morning of your procedure. He'll speak with you for five minutes, as they're moving other patients in and out of the O.R. and tell you everything will be just fine.Doctor spoke with me a grand total of five minutes after the procedure and told me what he found. No recommendation for treatment. Dr. Shaw said he would have P.A. call in a prescription for me. Didn't happen. It took several days after my procedure to get anyone at this office to call in a prescription I was told I needed to have. Took the prescription for two weeks, and it didn't help. It actually made my condition worse. Called the office at 9:00 am on a Wednesday morning and asked to speak with P.A. to get a different prescription. No phone call back from this office all day. Went to the office on Thursday after 9:00 am in person to see if I could speak with someone about a new prescription. I was told by the front desk / behind the glass lady (you need to wait 24 hrs before they'll call you back).I pointed out to her that it had been over 24hrs and that's why I was at their office in person. She asked for my name and number that she already took the previous day and said someone would call me back. Again no call back from anyone at this office.After several trips and several phone calls to this office, I got to speak with Dr. Shaw a grand total of ten minutes, and learned absolutely nothing about why I was there in the first place.IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS OFFICE, I WOULD ENCOURAGE YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE. You will not get to speak to a doctor, you will only deal with a P.A. who literally is making a guess at what she thinks your issue could be.I'm now looking for a doctor's office who is responsive to patients, and one that I can actually speak with a doctor for more than a few minutes on operating day.
