Love dr. T and the nurses and receptionists. Always get taken care of. Very friendly. The only obgyn i will go to

I was a new patient and was looking for a good OBGYN in the area for an annual exam. In my new patient paperwork, I was asked to sign an acknowledgment form saying that I confirm that I’d been provided documentation about privacy, which I was not. When I asked the receptionist about it she admitted that it was not provided and asked me if I knew was it was. Also, some of the ladies behind the reception desk (I couldn’t tell if they were all receptionists) were speaking negatively about other patients within earshot of the patients in the waiting room. The nurse who took my vitals and the nurse that checked me out were very kind. The doctor was nice but less than thorough. She didn’t ask very many questions other than why I was there and if I had any questions for her. There was an extremely brief abdominal exam and a breast exam was not performed, which are both services provided at previous OBGYNs I had visited. A urine sample was collected to check for pregnancy despite the doctor looking at my period tracking app and seeing that it would’ve been too early for a pregnancy test, even though we were trying. The final and most disappointing part of my visit was that the doctor saw abnormalities during my pelvic exam which she documented and highlighted in red her summary on MyChart, but didn’t say a word to me about it in person, depriving me of the opportunity to ask questions like “what do these words even mean and what implications do they have on my reproductive health?” I had to Google it a few days later after she posted her summary. The two stars are for the sweet nurse that took my vitals and the sweet nurse that checked me out. No stars for the rest of my experience.

I went there for my first prenatal appointment, waited 1.5 hours. I sat on exam room for 30 min alone, had to ask the nurse when the doctor was coming in, she finally came in and told me I miscarried. I’m sure she gives this news a lot but it was too business as usual for me, very little compassion. I have a follow up appointment in a week, maybe it will be different. I thought the front desk staff was friendly and the nurse , I believe her name is Tammy was nice. If I get pregnant again or need OBGYN care I’m not sure if I would go here considering wait time and the bedside manner.

Extremely rude from the moment I walked in as a first time patient I will NEVER go back they don’t make you fully aware of their policies then enforce them once you get there. I got there 5 minutes lates after waiting 2 MONTHS for my appointment was given the hand because she was on the phone then told I’d have to reschedule because i was 5 mins late and there was no one else in the office….. I honestly feel like she didn’t want to help me the moment she seen I was black

Dr.T is amazing doctor. She answers all your questions even when you message her in the portal. Her bed side manner is excellent. The office is very clean and everyone from the front office staff, back office staff, nurses and check out staff are very professional and very friendly. Keep up the great work. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Do yourself a favor and find a friendlier place. The people at this office are very rude and unprofessional. Especially the women working at the front desk.

There is no professionalism here. The front desk staff was very rude. I scheduled a month in advance, got to the office and was told to reschedule for a month later. Huge waste of time considering I took off work for the appointment. I cancelled and will not be going back. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would.
