I gave 5 stars to this office because the staff was courteous, the office was clean with a pleasant smell, and Dr Gamble-Webb listen and gave reasonable treatment recommendations. My appointment time was at 9:00am and I only waited in the waiting room for about 19 minutes. Total office appointment time took approximately 1 hour and 13 minutes (to include lab draw and an annual physical). Not bad. I will return to this clinic for my annual wellness visits.

I think the doctor and I like the staff (for the most part), however every time I come I am left waiting 45mins to an hour after my scheduled appointment to see the doctor. They want you to arrive 15 mins early and then make you sit and wait and there are times People come in after me go in first. I don’t know why we have appointment times if they never stick to that schedule. I am currently sitting in the waiting room now. Been here 48 mins just waiting.
