List of Piedmont Physicians Of Loganville's Reviews
This office used to have great staff in the front office but they have changed all of them and the ones they have now are not up to any good. However the back office staff and the Dr are excellent.
A very good doctor help me with my blood pressure that no doctor never did by just adding another medication.the nurses that I had were always helpful.
This is a great facility and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Poynter is terrific- she has great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. Even the phlebotomist was terrific - I hate needles and bloodwork but she took excellent care of me and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend!!
I am in the healthcare field and very rarely do reviews, but I’m so very frustrated with the lack of communication and common courtesy I have received from this office. I have had 2 great visits with Dr. Navid and her nurse is very attentive when I’ve been in the office. My issue is with the lack of response from 2 electronic messages I have sent, which were sent over a week ago with no response. I’ve called three times in a week to try and get information, leaving 2 voicemail messages and even speaking to someone today who assured me someone would call me this afternoon. I have yet to hear back from anyone. This just goes to show that the saying “your front desk and make you or break you” is absolutely true. With a doctors office on just about every corner, patients have choices. Providers need to understand that. Front office staff needs to understand that and back office staff needs to understand that. This may not ever get resolved but it is causing me to consider finding another practice where I’m not just “another patient “ but where I’m one that matters. Customer service is becoming extinct at an alarming rate!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
