5 the staff there was awesome and so was the dentist. I was very pleased and grateful. I'm a person who is terrified on the dentist. They made me feel very comfortable and safe.

again in my new appointment! Ms Dawn and Dr. Smith were able to provide excellent care. Ms Dawn helped me with all my insurance options and Dr. Smith gave me a very professional treatment . I have to mention that Dr. Queen has been a very important reason that I continue going to Coast Dental for more than 10 Years. He has been a pillar to the clinic.

If I wrote a review when I saw them back in 2021, it would've been a fine review. Except this year, more than two years after seeing them, I receive a text message saying I owe them $254.68 for a service back in June of 2021. I called my dental insurance agency from that date of service and received an explanation of benefits. My responsibility was only 25 dollars. I have been calling them for WEEKS, trying to get somebody on the phone to even give me an itemized invoice. I cannot get in touch with anybody from billing. Scheduling as multiple times "left a message" for the office, but I don't get called back. It has been "escalated" which apparently means nothing. It still hasn't been resolved. Their average service is not worth this headache.

BEWARE! I went to this office once more than 2 years ago. I was required to pay in full before services were rendered so I did. Now more than 2 years later they have started sending me texts and emails trying to get me to pay them $46 online or mail it to their office address.
