List of Danny MAURICE Vaughn's Reviews
Dr Vaughn is a good surgeon but his version of aftercare between he and his office is beyond a disgrace. After surgery I’ve been in excruciating pain and after getting one Px for pain meds they don’t care after that. This was a complex surgery and the pain is unmanageable. I’ve had to call for several days just to get the runaround before they finally said I need to be seen before refilling. Doesn’t do anything for my pain now!

I haven't had surgery yet but I have been going to his office for six months and I love every one there feels like family and I recommend him to everyone
I would highly recommend him and his team. They are very professional and they make you feel so at home. Dr. Vaughn is the best all around. His bedside manners are the best.

I have been a patient for a few years. I’ve always received great care from him and all staff members. I feel like he listens to my concerns and addresses them accordingly. I would highly recommend him.
I was referred to Dr. Danny Vaughn by my gastroenterologist whom is also associated with Navicent for fundoplication surgery to treat and correct acid reflux condition as well as a hiatal hernia. Initially I met Dr. Vaughn at consultation appointment which was short, he offered an implanted device with magnets or the traditional fundoplication surgery and I elected for the latter. Prior to the surgery day, a nurse consulted with me over the phone and told me it would be an outpatient procedure which is what I planned for. Upon arrival, I was told I would be held overnight in the hospital. Quickly arranged for this from the hospital bed as there were issues I hadn't planned for, as most anyone would have, when staying in the hospital. That was nothing compared to what was to come after. Post surgery, I was in and out of the hospital for weeks, wasn't able to eat or drink without throwing up and you aren't supposed to be able to vomit after fundoplication, still have acid reflux nearly a year later and NEVER received a return call from Dr. Vaughn from all attempts to communicate with him and his office nor did he ever come see me when I was re-admitted back into the hospital. My father is an MD. This man shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine. I would provide more details, but this space is limited in character count. My advice: BEWARE of this man. He has no respect, dignity or regard for other human beings and have come to believe he must possess a diagnosable psychiatric condition such as sociopathy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
