Unbelievable how some physicians still exist who really place patients’ interest’s first. This is Dr Cohen. My primary physician would not place a prescription for a simple med for valtrex without a $175.00 appt every 3 months. Even without seeing her personally. Dr Cohen reviewed my diagnosis on the phone and filled it immediately. Go to this real caretaker any chance you can. I am so grateful to him as I am currently uninsured, and need the medication. I have been a patient of DSS for 25 years. Today my patience ran out. I had a 0945 appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early to do the silly paperwork, at 1030 I left. Never, ever, not once, in 25 years, have I been seen at the "scheduled" time. Today was the straw that broke my back. From now on when making an "appointment" (with any doctor), I will ask how many people are scheduled for my particular time and where I am in the queue because an "appointment" is not a real time. If I am not in the first three, I will arrive for my "appointment" one hour after the "scheduled" time...that will put me exactly "on time"!! I have been a patient of DSS for 25 years. The office is clean everyone is very nice fast service and they really care about the people they see they cleared my skin up in no time thanks I will never go anywhere else I would recommend them they get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me

If I could give this practice less than one star, I would. I went in to see a female provider only to realize I was not seeing a doctor but a nurse practitioner. This was never conveyed when I made my appointment. They do not even employ a female doctor. Very deceiving. So they had me see this Cohen fellow instead. He was very condescending in my interactions with him. He was in and out in less than 2 minutes without, didn't give me the time of day. This practice is clearly only interested in making a profit and not in truly caring for patients. He also treated his staff horribly which is always a huge red flag to me when I see a doc. Will be driving to the city for my skin care needs in the future rather than go back. If I could give this practice less than one star, I would.
