You can't get someone on the phone so you leave a message and they say they will get back to you within 48 hours. When you have Covid, that doesn't cut it. And the worst part is they NEVER got back to me even AFTER 48 hours. Thankfully I was able to get treatment at a CVS minute clinic 30 miles away instead. If I had waited for Patel's office to call back, I never would have been treated. There are also billing issues. I'm tired of the whole experience.
