Dr. Clay is an excellent physician! He took the time to speak to me about my care, was genuinely concerned about getting me appropriate treatment, and was very timely. Dr. Clay is truly an amazing Doctor, and one could only hope that all other physicians were half as good as he. Outstanding experience!!!

Dr. Clay is a great doctor. He helps you understand what going on with your health. He LISTENS to what's going on with you, but also Educates you on what you as his patient should do to help with your issues. He has great beside manners, That's important to me. As for his staff they are Phenomenal from the time you enter his office until your visit is over. I HIGHLY would recommend Dr.Clay to anyone.

First of all Albany Medical College is not even a ranked college. Second, Dr. PLAY or Clay if you will? Is apparently a self anointed Psychiatrist. However, it appears that he has the interpersonal skills of a rabid raccoon. His crendentials appear suspect in my humble opinion. I don't recall any physical therapy. Instead of making adjustments to medications that could possibly cause an increase in liver enzymes, he had to seek advice from another doctor. Because he was apparently unaware that acetaminophen was a major contributor of high liver enzymes and was unable to prescribe an alternative medication. That is scary to me. Bottom line is Dr. Play or Clay is nothing more than a legalized pill pusher in my opinion as I perceived him to be. If you are in to the opiate thing he may be willing to milk your insurance at three hr. intervals each and every visits.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The staff were very attentive. I can not say enough good things about Dr Clay. I knew he understood my problems and knew he would help me achieve my goal of getting back to a point of living rather than just existing. Thank you Dr Clay and staff

I hate the fact that I have to go to him. His staff is not professional. His office manager (who is his wife) marches around the office like she is at war. She never smiles. I can understand a family business and the wife's role in it but I think that she is not looking at the right people. "THOSE WHO ARE CLOSEST TO YOU ARE YOUR ENEMIES " Another thing is that he is not keeping up with the drugs that he puts you on. Some contradict each other and he doesn't change the ones that work often enough so they continue working. . You sit there in pain which he takes his sweet time leaving you in the waiting room for hours. I am going to find another Dr.

My sister went to this doc and ended up addicted to major pain killers. She crashed her vehicle and died on the way to his office to get more : (
