Their ultrasound technician lacks bedside manners and I will not deal with her attitude. If that means that I have to find another doctor then so be it

I have been a patient with Internal Medicine Associates for 46 years. First with Dr.Shields retired and now with Dr. Upshaw. This is an outstanding practice. It certainly tells you something when you go year after year and you find most of the same people working therein the labin the radiology department and in his office. Dr. Upshaw is a kind and caring doctor person. Unfortunately some doctors believe that as we age the best medicine is to prescribe medicine. Not Dr. Upshaw He doesnt prescribe medication unless he is absolutely sure this is needed. Since moving to Tybee Island 8 years ago I still drive to this practice annually and more frequently if needed.

Dr. Ogburn has been my parents doctor for years. No one could ask for a more caring and skilled doctor. I see Dr. Bickley. You could not find a better doctor or a more caring person. The staff at both offices are excellent ❤️

My concern is the hidden charges I found out about after I received my statement. As explained to me during a physical if the Dr. inquires about a past illness thats considered an office visit is not part of the physical exam. Yet the explanation includes To perform a good physical the Dr. needs to know of any problems. So even though the answer was No problem its still outside the Good physical charge.

Very cold and condecending Wont take my insurance provider but never fail to inform me that Im due for an appointment. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.

Most of the doctors here are good but avoid Dr. Frank K Young at all costs. He was one of the worst physicians I have ever met.
