Today I was seen as a new patient. This occurrence is rare on very short notice especially after a holiday. I had a allergic reaction to something 2 days prior and I refused to go to an urgent care or the ER to be overcharged. Considering that most offices were closed in observance of Christmas or were open and didn't have room for new patients, Dr. Jayesh Patel worked me in. He and his staff were really kind. The doctor took his time to address my treatment needs and listened to my concern. His bedside manners are top notch! He's my new PCP for sure!

You can never get anyone on the phone when trying to call and when you leave a message, good luck on getting a return call. I never received one. Glad I will not be going back here.

Office Staff is very courteous and helpful. Dr Jayesh Patel is always friendly also accommodating to our families needs. Telehealth appointments are very convenient.

No I wouldn't recommend Dr. Patel to family, friends or acquaintances. It is next to impossible to get someone in his office to answer the telephones, and they rarely call you back, when you have a need or question about your healthcare or problems getting a prescription filled. If you need preapproval from your insurance company for a prescription your really in trouble because Dr. Patel and his office are not helpful at all.

I'm seeing all of these positive reviews about this doctor which I find very hard to believe because of the way he treats my father he doesn't pay him no attention he doesn't answer my father's questions he always subscribing medication that has no bearing on my father's conditions he won't help my father get home care help even though my father's 80 years old and lives alone.
