My son has been going to Dr. Bivins for several years due to his eczema and Dr. Bivins and his staff have always been awesome. Because he was very young at the time of his first appointment we were very nervous about his first visit and his testing of allegories but the wonderful staff did help to make the transition smooth.

I have been in Dr. Bivens care for approximately 7 years now, and hold him in the highest regard: he is compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and looks for answers and solutions outside of the box to meet the unique needs of the individuals he treats. I feel so safe and confident in his care, and admire the way he and his staff handle young children, that I referred my very young grandsons to him, and he has been treating them for 6 years. Dr. Bivens in an excellent doctor and an amazingly kind, caring, and giving person! Definitely an asset to or community!

My child and I love Dr. Bivins and we appreciate all of his wonderful care. Well worth the drive and he is very understanding! Great bedside manner with exceptional knowledge.

I absolutely adore this Doctor & his staff. They are friendly, courteous & willing to work with you. Dr. Bivins is fantastic & spends the time necessary to listen to your problems& concerns. I get multiple Allergy shots every week & they have made a tremendous difference this season. I would highly recommend Dr. Bivins.

My first visit with Dr. Bivins and office was an excellent experience. The office staff was very kind. Dr. Bivins is very smart and great at what he does. My anxiety level was very high in the beginning due to previous experience at another allergy clinic years ago. My intention was to speak with the physician first then decide to do testing. Dr. Bivins reassured me that I would be well taken care of. The testing went well, he went over the results as well as a plan of action. I am very confident that I am going get better with him help. Thank you Jesus and thank you Dr. Bivins.

The front office staff is very rude. I haven’t even seen the dr yet but this probably would be my last visit here because the front office staff chit chatted for almost 30 minutes before they started checking the list of people that had signed in.

Dr. Bivins is awesome, but his front office staff is horrible. He was personable, friendly, and helpful with my allergy and budget needs. The nurses have all been friendly, as well as the employees in the shot room. The front desk however is always rude, frequently males you wait while ignoring your presence, acts annoyed that you need to ask a question or make a payment, and as of today literally laughed and mocked me. I won't be going back. Not worth it.

Excellent doctor and staff. Wonderful experience. Was met at the door and walked back by the doctor himself. When do you ever see a doctor that involved and that humble!!!??

This doctor is totally awesome! Very attentive to what you have to say about your problem. Goes above and beyond trying to provide you a correct diagnosis. If he cannot help you, he will tell you and try to steer you in the right direction. His staff is so kind and friendly. Totally recommend him.
