I have been a patient for 5 years. Dr. Gupta is a good person. I just think his fear of COVID has overcome him. The last several times I have been, it has been like going to school for how to behave in a pandemic and all things COVID. The last 3 times, I have not even gotten to discuss with my rheumatologist things that I go to a rheumatologist for. Today was my last appointment with him. I will be looking for a new rheumatologist that practices rheumatology and realizes there are still conditions not COVID related. Btw, I am a double vaxxed, fairly healthy individual that is 49 years old. Additionally, he tends to have the rudest staff and high turnover. My husband was referred to dr. Gupta because he had severe pain in his hand/wrist that would come and go. My husband has gout and dr. Gupta insisted that his gout has spread to his hand/wrist. He kept on prescribing the same medications given previously to my husband by our family doctor. We kept on telling him that the medicines dont work so he keeps increasing the doses. My husband would continue to be in a lot of pain and the high doses of gout medicines dont give him any relief. My husband straight up told dr. Gupta that he doesnt think this is gout. I also explained to dr. Gupta whther the metal splints in my husbands hand hadfrom an old surgery decades ago would cause this pain and he got mad with us. He said no, he is the doctor and he knows what he is doing. Everytime we had to come back for follow up visits we had to pay .. my husband did not have insurance and our bills were mounting sky high. I finally got tired of wasting our time n money while my husband continues to be in pain, so we went to a hand specialist. Who did an xray on my husbands hand and suspected that the metals were the cause of the pain.he did surgery and removed the pins ... 2 years later,NO MOR PAIN. NO MORE SUFFERING. A brilliant, kind, and wonderful doctor.

Overall a very good physician. He's not going to just treat whatever problems you're are having. He view of all your health conditions and try to come up with the best treatment for you. Communication is the key to the best results for you.

He is great. He really, really help me. I was in severe pain.

Dr. Gupta office is a friendly based office. He is the type of doctor to help you and listens to what's going on. If you're seeking a doctor to prescribe you heavy pain medicine Dr. Gupta is not the one. He gives you meds for pain but nothing you can get addicted to. I would suggest him to many people.

I am/was a new patient of Dr Gupta, and I typically don’t write reviews but I had to this time. The office smells funny, it’s old, the equipment is outdated. The staff is not friendly, the only nice one is his nurse, he seems to be an ok doctor but I wouldn’t say a great doctor. The office environment really gave me a bad vibe.
