There is absolutely NO WAY to get in touch with these people! The phone number to their office is only a message telling you to call the numbers on the bill - the numbers on the bill go to the same call center that tells you they DO NOT handle this account any longer! Next stop is to go visit the office - I am wondering if I will even be able to get in!

I'm in the BCBS group of patients who are in the financial stranglehold of these providers. I'm paying on my balance as agreed, so WHY am I receiving a bill that says my unpaid balance is more than what is listed on the electronic statement I see from your billing company??

I've been back and forth with them for months. They will not come to an agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield, so everything is charged out of network. There are one or two people there that I have spoken with that are actually trying to help sort out why the same procedure is being billed differently on more than one occasion. The others virtually shrug their shoulders.

Peach State Anesthesia is the ONLY anesthesia company in the Coliseum Hospital Northside setting. Tey are not contracted at all through BCBS or Coliseum therefore you are billed the full amount minus the BCBS payment out of network payment, its ridiculous that you have to check the ONLY anesthesia company at the hospital prior to a required surgery.
