I definitely wouldn’t recommend Piedmont due to my recent experience. Leaving a disoriented stroke patient in the hallway 2 days is unacceptable. Not to mention the transporter Keith who made rude comments and refused to assist. I informed Keith that I would report him to his supervisor. He retrieved a post it note and wrote down his supervisor number and told me to call him.

This hospital right and the staff actually save my life .. I was fighting Covid delta fighting pneumonia 50-50 chance I would make it.. they never gave up on me. Praying army at my church home and the world if had a million dollars I would definitely donate to the hospital. Good 👍 job job Piedmont

What a wonderful experience I had here this afternoon. Everyone in the ER about 8 pm were/are excellent !!! Great care, true concern . If I did have to wait, I was informed about why I was waiting. Even ask if I needed something to prop my arm on. My hand was broken. !!! Everyone there from 8:00pm, until I left at 12:15. Thank you All !!!

Had my repeat csection here. Literally a perfect birth experience. Staff was attentive and professional and listened to me. I recovered super fast, everyone paid a lot of attention to me, it was a nice little spa weekend. It was so great I’m thinking of going back for an appendectomy or something just for kicks.

Very disappointed in your management of my mothers illness, and treatment. She has been in the ER now for 32 hours and counting. She hasn’t been moved to a room yet. All that has been done to manage her, is treatment of her symptoms. This is not an any way acceptable urgent care. Your hospital administration is on par with how a poorly managed McDonald’s operates. The only positive that I’ve seen in this situation is the ER staff nurses, physicians, etc. They have been wonderful with my mother.

Worst experience for someone who is sick. Not including the fact u are in a room with 5 other patients for treatment. Not know if u are contagious or not and saying I will have to be admitted. Ridiculous…

You refused to treat me when I can there with dog bites and bleeding the paramedic brought me there and you locked the doors.After beating on door someone came told him they couldn't treat me and he left me there and you called another ambulance and they took me to medical center. Why did u turn me away.My life is hell,they had to do surgery,I have ptsd.Im never gone get over this.😭
