Very dissatisfied with our visit. We arrived at 7:08 when closing time was 8pm. Staff was obviously irked that we came near closing time. The provider Jamie did an incomplete physical exam. She declined to do any tests at all and said our pediatrician could run those tests the following day. I’m also extremely concerned that she recommended giving my 3 year old 4 times the recommended dosage of cough medication as shown in the photo. Thankfully I am in the medical field myself, but I can see how other parents could unknowingly overdose their child based on these recommendations. A complete waste of a visit. Giving 2 stars only because the facility was clean and appeared well kept.

The Zebulon road location was extremely easy to work with. All staff I interacted with were very professional and friendly. I liked having the ability to make an appointment online and schedule the time slot that best fit my needs. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a fast and friendly urgent care location.

My overall experience was very positive Staff was pleasant curtious and professional and met my goals for why I sought treatment. My only complaint is that there are no handicap ramps in front of the bldg entrance. While I am not wheelchair bound I do use a cane and curbs can be problematic. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars

Great staff and they were all nice and was able to fill my prescription there which was very convenient. I will say it took an hour to be seen which wasn’t great but they told me someone came in with chest pains and that they have to see those people first. I would give them another try.
