I didn’t even get to see the doctor because I was turned away by the rudest staff I’ve ever met!! I had an original appointment in March that I made in January as a new patient, I had to take off work and I was on my way to the appointment and they called and cancelled because of an emergency, understandable but the. I asked for a note for my job and had to call back 5 times for them to email it to me, I finally got it and they rescheduled me for April 27, I was 20 minutes late because I couldn’t find it and when I came in the receptionist said I had to reschedule, so rude!! I would never be a patient here with such an incompetent staff!!!

The staff is extremely rude. A year of going there and you'd think they'd get nicer or more welcoming. The front desk ladies should honestly get lesson on how to talk to patients.

Dr. Patel is amazing. He made me feel so at ease. He listened and answered all of my questions. I really felt as if he had my best interest at heart. He is so easy to talk to and gave me a couple of laughs as well. He made recommendations, prescribed meds, sent me out for tests, and when I returned for follow up—he made sure that I understood everything. He looked things up with me in his computer, showed examples, and took his time. I highly recommend him and because of his bedside manner, I don’t mind going to either office (Macon or Warner Robins). My husband had the pleasure of meeting him today and very was pleased.

HAD A APPT 3:45 and arrived at 3:20.came into the front office glass windows but there was no sign in sheet or nothing saying what to do so i stood at window for 5 mins.girl was sitting at the glass window but never acknowledged i was standing there, so i set down.at 4:00 she call a white patient that had a 4:00 app. back. went to the window ask why his appt was before the 3:45 appt? she said we will get to you.then the 4: 15 appt arrived again a white person and she was immediately taken,i left
