The doctor never sees you on your appointments! Only the nurses do and they don’t give you much advice about your reports or whether or not you should follow a diet for your diagnosis. Other doctors I’ve been to come and sit with you and talk about the diagnosis (provide all the info). I thought we pay to see a gastro doctor each appointment, not nurses! And is so hard to get in touch with the nurses in the phone for any questions you have. Also, no one else ever picks up their phone calls in this office. Worst unorganized place ever!

I had a most curious experience when I had to have a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. When I showed up for the procedures, I was diagnosed with Covid and sent home. I will never forget how compassionate and caring the staff was at Dr. Sedghi‘s office. I was very unhappy, to say the least, but they made me feel as though I will eventually be taken care of AND I was a month later! I trust Dr. Sedghi with my health and will continue to trust him and his most excellent staff! Thanks to all of you who took such great care of me!

My question is why only see the nurse. Went there cuz my left side hurt. Told by nurse muscles. Press harder my middle upper chest. Said hernia. It hurt she press hard. Hey told I need a scope. I'm feel very uneasy by got have a scope. Seen no no doctor himself. No question help me. Few times. I'm just gonna cancel my appointment. I feel very unease. Just to see doctor use scope done. No I would like seen the doctor just nurses. Monday I'm canceled. May 3 or 4 be open too anyone. My anxiety this makes me feel very unease.not seen a doctor him self. For a doctor office. But never see doctor only nurse. Make me feel uneasy uncomfortable.. I called and canceled. Middle little sore..but all u see a nurse. She say doctor busy. I'm there paying see a doctor not nurses.. doctor office. Have a question all u get is u be ok. Hello I have question says Dr office. We're the doctor u pay for his medical advice. And too answer questions. I canceled. I see a doctor I prefer a doctor. More example. Hi welcome doctor out I'm new nurse no worries I tell u what u could have write u up for scope. No thanks. Like walk icecream shop ask for mint icecream. You get orange 🍊 hey trust me u be fine. Nope no doctor no point in any scope u scared never see a doctor.. sure he great. Say doctor office who u except to see. Yeh I canceled. How 🤔 I feel. With anxiety..

Very organized office with friendly, professional staff. No long waits to be seen. Exams are not rushed. Time to ask questions.

Rudest front office staff I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Dr. Sedghi seems to have WAYYY more patients than time. (Money hungry) I’ve been seeing him a year and have gotten NO where with my UNBELIEVABLE stomach pains. Thousands of dollars in debt and still feel the same and no real diagnosis. I’ve lost an extreme amount of weight since all this started, last summer. (From a xl to a med) everything makes me sick. First bad attack I was in hospital for 5 days. Liver enzymes were extremely high. And they ( the hospital ) found a spot -growth on my liver. I’ve had 3 mris, 2 CTs and 1 ultrasound. Liver enzymes was extremely elevated not just once but on several occasions. But, because enzyme levels go back down, he says everything’s fine 😳. I can’t keep living with this un bare-able pain. My iron is already so low, I get weekly infusions and my body isn’t absorbing any of the iron. I don’t know. what do?? How do I get all my money back? I’ve paid a doctor and I’ve learned NOTHING I didn’t already know from my regular doctor!!

Had a fibroscan done. The tech doing the scan was very nice. The office staff does NOT answer the phone nor return calls left on the answer machine (specifically claims dept.) I had to make a trip out of town just to pick up papers that I needed for my insurance company because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. The receptionist was not very friendly. My insurance company tried numerous times to get in touch with someone at this office with no luck. They ended up sending two letters trying to get someone in claims to respond, which they never did. I never seen the Dr. but the office staff left a very negative impression. Your office staff is the first people that patients come in contact with. I will never use this office again for anything.

No problems the girl was very nice answer everything I asked her very sufficient very thorough
