I called to find out if I could be seen by a particular doctor here, The lady told me he was booked but he had one opening at the middle of the month. Two days before my appointment the office called to confirm my appointment but the next day the office called back to say they will have to reschedule my appointment for that doctor. Two weeks after I rescheduled the office called me back again and I was thinking to reschedule me again. This time the lady at the office told me that the doctor I made an appointment with was not seeing any new patients. My question is why did they make the appointment in the first place.??? That was my first and last impression of this clinic, not good, not professional!!!!

Tried to go with my sister to Urgent Care only to get there and find no one at desk. After waiting 15 mins, someone finally showed up only to be told they couldn’t see her. Acted like she was there to get meds only, when in truth she is going out of town and having bad neck pain and wanted an X-ray only to make sure she should be driving for 15 hours. Medical professionals should train their employees not to treat everyone as drug seeking patients. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Was not impressed with this clinic. Appt. was scheduled for 8:30 am, saw a Dr. Bonvallet at 10:30. Was a total of waste of money and time. I did not get the mans name, had to look it up to know who I even saw. Busted in room, talked over me, gave me no hope whatsoever. I finally asked him if I could speak and only then was I able to say anything. Arrogance at its finest.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else BUT Hughston Clinic!Dr Donati is the absolute best around. Been to not only now Macon location but Thomaston and Columbus and always had very little wait time and staff wonderful and never felt rushed by doc during appointment.

I was in Macon at Hughston clinic. I waited in a room for 1 hr 45 minutes. When the Dr came in he was very rude. Would not let me talk He said he was asking the questions not me. Put his hand up and said he was talking. The most unpolite Dr I have ever been too 😂
