Best hand doctor ever, very caring and knowledgeable!
Great Doctor and excellent human being....!!
The doctor experience was fine for the few minutes I saw him. The wait to see the doctor was the longest. I drive 50 minutes to get there so I make sure I get there 15-20 minutes early for a 10:20 am appointment, but didn't get see the doctor until about 11:25 am. Everyone was nice and it was a good experience - except for the wait.
IS A very friendly and personable doctor. He knows what he's doing and is very good at it. He's been my doctor for many years.
Dr. Floyd is an amazing Doctor with the unique talent of explaining what he is going to do, what your problem is, why what he is doing will help and he does the explaining and the procedure it better that ANYONE!!!!!
I recently had carpal tunnel surgery. Dr. Floyd was nice and friendly but some of the staff in the surgery center that I had to deal with were rude and unprofessional. This was my first time ever having this surgery so I had no idea what to expect. My post op discharge paperwork only said to wait to shower for 3 days and don’t get incisions wet... that was it! There was nothing about what to expect. No one told me what I could or could not to do. I had to contact the surgery center more than once with questions. I had no idea if it was okay or normal to feel like something was ripping inside my hands when I went to the bathroom or not! (Nobody told me I had stitches inside my hands also.)When I called, the rude woman I spoke with ...Mrs.P...made it seen like I was asking dumb questions. We felt like she was rude and a little sarcastic. I had to specifically ask every question that should have already been addressed at the time of discharge... is it okay to to try to twist open a water bottle or is it normal to feel like your hands are ripping from the inside out! Is it normal to have to open the toothpaste with your teeth? Is it normal not to be able to dress or undress yourself? Is it normal to have to have someone bath you and clean you after you go to the restroom because the only thing you’re able to do is hold your hands in the air. How long until you regain feeling in your fingers? What can I safely lift and for how long. How long should it take before you can hold a fork again??? Although I believe my hands are going to feel 100% better once fully healed, the whole process was a nightmare due to the lack of communication on their part.
He is the best.
Always a pleasure and excellent care.
Yes
Dr. Floyd was very professional and had already explained how the surgery would go. In and out I'm recovering as now.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
